We love staying here! It's so central and most attractions are walkable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The balcony doors did a good job of dampening the street noise and the being able yo close the shutters ensured our good night sleep. We look forward to coming back!

$700 per night NOT 5 STAR

We stayed at Tritone 125 Suite expecting a comfortable apartment-style hotel based on the listing and photos, but the reality did not match expectations.
The suite was very basic and did not include standard essentials such as mugs, cups, bowls, or cutlery. Only a kettle was provided. Some listing photos show a more complete coffee setup with cups, which created expectations that were not reflected in the actual room we received.
We ended up having to purchase our own mugs and basic items during our stay, which is not something we would expect at this price point or in a “suite” accommodation.
The fridge was very small and only suitable for a few drinks, and the overall setup felt closer to a budget room than a properly equipped apartment-style stay. Noise also carried easily between rooms, with footsteps and hallway sounds clearly audible.
While the location is convenient and the room was clean, the value for money was poor given the lack of basic amenities and the misleading impression created by the photos. For families or longer stays, the lack of even basic kitchenware should be made very clear upfront.
Paper cups, images show otherwise $700 per night I expect better, my opinion don’t waste your money stay in a hostel better

Positive experience

The property enjoys a central location, ideal for getting around Rome on foot. The host Francesco is always extremely kind and helpful; moreover, everything is managed digitally, making the service fluid and impeccable.
The room is spacious and clean. The only flaw was the presence of an unpleasant odor, probably related to the sewage system. The air conditioner takes some time to heat the room, as does the hot water supply.
Also excellent handling of suitcases after check-out. For the rest, everything ok: recommended stay.

Very good placed to rent. Shower was amazing, beds were good. The only issue was the AC did not work properly. But it was ok by overall. No breakfast like others offer but we have plenty to choose walking. The Host was very professional and on top of everything. We have a good time here. Thanks

Super easy check in. Huge room with a separate space for the kids. Biggest shower I’ve ever seen in my life. And absolutely killer location for walking to all the sites, excellent restaurants, and the metro. Felt very secure, in a gorgeous building with a charming old elevator. Would love to stay here again whenever we’re back in Rome!
