An old Italian building...no elevator...they have a new AC unit that worked wonders. In the heart of Rome...bars, cafes, restaurants, farmers market...etc.

Very disappointing
The room its self was dirty walls. The bathroom is tiny with a dangerous step into it. The sink was cracked; there was a lot of mould around the shower base and door. The toilet area had a poor smell about it. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The quilt didn’t have a cover, just wrapped in 2 sheets. The air-conditioning was so noisy we could not use it at night. The noise from the street kept us awake each night until past 4 am. People walking past shouting, motor bikes and car making a lot of noise at all hours day and night. This apartment does not appear to have any soundproofing to the window. The TV had no picture so the gentleman who greeted us with the keys tried to tune it in but could not. He was very helpful and polite.
The transfers they arranged for us were excellent.
Unfortunately I would not be able to recommend this apartment to family and friends.

Didn't get in until 7pm.
Several days on advance I thought we'd be in at 6pm or 7pm
They require one hour notice to be let in.
I let they know I need to enter at 4pm and didn't get in until 7pm
There was a bike race, they said they could not get to the apartment.
They require photos of your passports.
The whole thing was odd

WiFi made easy. Walking to everything wonderful. Had a bit of trouble with my maps finding it. Entrance right next to Museo di sculptura. Facing Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Taxi circle just across the street great for airport departure. I would stay here again and recommend. Guido was wonderful and helpful. Make sure to check in before arrival as Expedia does not supply contact info to host. You must do that. Luckily I have What’s app so was able to call for assistance Lovely place to stay!
