Beautiful

B & B a stone's throw from the center. Quiet environment and cleanliness Top,
Private parking 20 meters from the property.
Beautiful terrace to relax in absolute tranquility.
The girl who does the cleaning is very nice!

Pace

Nice place in a quiet setting , 3 minutes from the center of San Teodoro. Breakfast in the morning al fresco , and a lot of elasticity from the owners very nice and helpful. We only stayed 2 days, but the children had already become attached to the place.

I would go back but some (small) problems are objective

Very nice B&B. New room (you can smell the furniture) and very small bathroom but with everything, including the minibar. The presence of air conditioning is important. Excellent area a short distance from free parking and the pedestrian area of the town.
The sore points, in line with previous reviews, are the wifi that doesn't work in the room, the non-drinkable water (even if there are no signs in this sense in the bathroom) and the decidedly minimal breakfast. Even the drying racks are shared and here too the effort to adapt would be minimal
All things considered, considering it a strategic base, I would go back.

Lovely stay in a great location.

We stayed 3 nights at this small, friendly B&B and can highly recommend. Deborah, the host, is very friendly and welcoming and will be as flexible as possible with regards to check-in/check-out.
The ground floor has a well fitted kitchen/dining area that is shared by the occupants of the 3 rooms. Breakfast is taken on the patio outside (weather permitting) and is a continental offering of bread, cold meat, cheese, pastries and yoghurt.
We had a room on the first floor which consisted of a large bathroom that appeared recently fitted and a room that had a comfortable bed and plenty of storage.
Deborah was around each morning to make coffee for breakfast and is very helpful with any questions you may have. The building is on a quiet street yet just 2 minutes from the centre of town.

Good value!

Very good value for the money. We even had a discount on an already cheap price.
Ideally located right in the center of San Teodoro.
Clean and spacious house, very tidy and modern room and bathroom.
Breakfast is quite standard...
Be aware that during the Sun & Bass Festival period, this area will be full of party-goers. If you are looking for tranquility, this might not be the right period to book in this B&B!
