Vacation

Very beautiful place, clean pool, good food, abundant breakfast; nearby you find many places like Otranto and Castro, ideal to see and spend a nice evening walking in the historic center. I recommend you take the boat trip in Castro, do it if possible with Minerva which is 5 stars, I recommend the 3-hour one.

Minimal stay

I thought I was treating myself to a few days of Salento relaxation, but the reality turned out to be decidedly different.
Hydromassage pool and water features (for show only): Neglected greenery and visibly dirty sun loungers. When I pointed this out, management's response was epic: they are not required to clean the pool area every day because it is a farmhouse and not a resort (upon the second request to provide me with the supplies to clean the sun loungers, a staff member arrived and rudely took care of it). I want to clarify that the property hosts animals that I found on the sun loungers near the pool. The whirlpool was not working and all the fountains and aesthetic elements present both in the pool and in the garden were turned off.
Meager breakfast and of decidedly questionable quality.
The touch of class: The towels in the room provided with the anti-theft device still attached! Furthermore, the air conditioning has an additional daily cost of $5. The extra bed had a strong damp smell and was also practically on the floor.
Salento hospitality is usually exceptional, but here unfortunately I found only great disappointments and facilities out of service. Too bad!

An oasis of tranquility

The estate is a place of peace and tranquility, ideal for spending a relaxing vacation with your 4-legged friend away from the heat and confusion. The strategic location allows you to reach various nearby places such as Santa Cesarea, Castro, and others.
The pool is large and clean.
The breakfast is very good, especially the goat yogurt, I recommend you try it...
The rooms are many small apartments, cool and comfortable. A farmhouse where the hospitality and kindness of Alessandro and his family will make you feel at home.

Top in the area!

Authentic structure, perfectly centered in what is from my point of view the most beautiful area of Salento, where you can spend pleasant days in a context where you really feel pampered. Great breakfast with hot pasticciotto every morning. Large rooms and super pool!! I thank all the staff for the great attention they show to guests and in particular the owner Alessandro, who has proved to be a helpful person and great humanity. For sure, see you soon!!

Pleasant holiday with some flaws.

I spent a nice holiday at this property, thanks mainly to the courtesy and helpfulness of Alessandro at the reception, always kind and attentive. Very welcome also the fresh pasticciotto offered every morning for breakfast and the well-kept greenery that surrounds the area, really relaxing.
However, some aspects should be improved: the furniture is rather dated, the shower very small and not very functional. Room hygiene was not impeccable and the persistent smell of bleach was annoying. The breakfast, although good, was repetitive, identical every day.
Overall, a pleasant stay but with room for improvement.
