Very pleasant stay.

We were three couples and had an excellent stay at this agriturismo. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped.
The outside area is ideal for relaxing, calm, and pleasant. The agriturismo is well located for exploring the region.
The hosts are very welcoming, attentive, and good advisors.
We recommend this place.

Nice relaxing stay

This is our second time staying with them (first was in 2015). We stayed for 3 nights in July 2024. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. We chose to have breakfast there. They had a selection of coffee and tea, baked goods, cheese, yogurt, prosciutto and they were also able to provide some gluten free as my wife has Celiac and cannot have gluten (we emailed them ahead of time to let them know). Upon checking in we were asked what time we wanted breakfast. On our last day we needed breakfast earlier and they were very accommodating. The hosts were kind and welcoming.
We liked that it was a quiet location but close enough to Venice (about 1 hour by car, but you can also take the train) and to Lido di Jesolo beach (about 45 minutes).

When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. My kids were left crying for hours on arrival and then in the morning because of this.
I also requested for the checkout a little late which was declined and not even 30min were given.
I was also asked to pay (1st on arrival and then when asked for late checkout) which is a bit unusual as payment is requested at checkout.
The mother of brothers was really nice but we had language barrier.
At well over €100/night, better service, courtesy and trust is expected. Not recommended.

Ca’ Florian is a great place to stay if one needs peace and quiet!
He owner ,Massimo, is friendly and helpful.
I’m vegan and he made sure I had all I need for a good breakfast!
We’ll go back in December to taste the fabulous ‘radicchio’

Lovely Place

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel in September 2014 while visiting Venice on a European road trip. It is a small family owned hotel on a flower farm. The farm is beautiful with flowers, horses and birds. The hotel is very clean and modern. There is plenty of parking spaces for guests. It is a short drive to many restaurants, towns and the train station. The train ride to Venice is about 30 minutes. Parking at the train station is free. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Florian, the owner is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and found it to be a good value.
