Villa Alighieri Hotel is a newly renovated building in a very strategic area in the Riviera del Brenta, close to Venice, Padua, Treviso and Vicenza. Close to the last highway A4 exit before Venice, Villa Alighieri is also 2 miles from Vigonza Train Station. Hotel Villa Alighieri is actually located in Stra, where you can visit the wonderful Villa Pisani, the most famous villa in the group of ancient Venetian residential houses on the banks of the Brenta River.

No internet. Very bad shower

We were with group tour. Internet was terrible. I put 2 from 5 because guy on reception give me to use his own mobile internet. Else this is terrible hotel. Could not get shower because temperature and pressure of water changed continuously. Very bad experience.

Absolutely not recommended!

Fortunately we only stayed one night at this property that dare to call "villa" with three stars, full of expectations.
We were initially assigned a
mini-room with two children aged 4 and 7, without desk, with television and sockets not working
My husband, having already paid 117 euros in advance, asked for a change of room.
The second assigned was definitely larger and suitable for a family, too bad that there was a disabled toilet without bidet with malfunctioning drain, broken plastic cover, disposable bags of headphones already opened.
We also moved a cot to act as a barrier to the youngest of our children and piles of dust sprouted up.
The cover of the beds was very dusty, the bathroom all ruined.
The staff is certainly friendly but you have to be honest, you can not consider such a structure a 3 star.

An off-road touristy hotel with no connection anywhere. Bad cleanliness. No cooler or mini fridge in the room
Extra service, etc. Don’t wait. You can only come to sleep. If expectations aren’t high, you’ll be satisfied
Dusakabin is too small.pricing is a big problem

Bah

Very cheap hotel and this is where the positive part stops. Dirty room, unsightly and stained curtains, suspicious stains on the desk (give me luminol), stains everywhere in the bathroom, shower leaking outside, bidet attached to the wall on two sides (I have two legs, I don't know about you), bathroom lock missing (there is a hole), lights out (but this can happen), limescale encrustations, lack of electrical plates (which you can conveniently find inside the bedside table - but what). non-existent staff at check out. Breakfast until 9am on New Year's Day and cleaning staff starting to make noise at that time, I repeat, on New Year's Day. I work in a higher category hotel and I managed a BB and you don't work like that.

No for work

If I travel for work I like to stay in comfort and not come back after a tiring day in a room that has a persistent smell, broken toilet table, no plaques taken, no plugs in the drains, broken tiles, scratched sofa etc etc.
Poor and industrial breakfast, but served in a nice bright room. The ground floor is definitely cosier than the rooms apparently.
