Oasis of peace

A fantastic experience that I highly recommend to those who want to relax in an environment surrounded by the mountains of Friuli, peace and tranquility, combining proximity to many places easily accessible by car, the border with Austria is only 20 km away. Beautiful rooms, all wooden furniture, like a mountain house, excellent cleanliness, kindness of the owners who have always advised us very well. Also good cuisine for dinner, with specialties from Friuli, where there are trout (the structure is next to a farm). In short, one of those magical places that remain in your heart.

Excellent "Trouts"

For various reasons we have delayed in compiling our review, a more than positive review for a welcoming structure, managed with courtesy and courtesy by the owners. Nice rooms, clean and quiet. Excellent half board, and the kitchen personally cared for by the owner.

Fantastic experience

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and ate at the restaurant with the family in December 2024.
The rooms are nice, comfortable, recently renovated, clean, super stocked and cozy. We really relaxed. Finally some rooms where it was nice to stay even just to watch TV. Breakfast included in the price really abundant and with a wide choice ... for all tastes.
The restaurant was super, exquisite food at a good price. I recommend fish dishes (their production). Home cooking, everything great, even the house wine.
The owners were extremely kind and welcoming. They leave nothing to chance. Everything is taken care of in every detail, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.
Highly recommended!!!
We look forward to returning!

We in the mountains

A nice B&B very clean and welcoming. Family-run also has an excellent restaurant reserved for guests where you can eat, among other things, trout raised in the adjacent tanks. It also has an indoor children's area and, if you have young children, is a holy hand to enjoy dinner in peace. Owner welcoming and ready to meet any need. Ah, if you have a coffee, he will say it is not good but do not believe him, it is great!

Very expensive and slow

The review refers to the restaurant only.
We went to this place encouraged by the mention in the Michelin. Dinner for 5.
Typical, characteristic, well-kept internal environment.
The outdoor garden much less so.
Very slow service, managed by a young, rather inexperienced girl who is absolutely not up to par.
We are given two menus. With different prices for the same dishes, which leaves us rather perplexed.
The choice is not varied and disappointed us.
The fact is that we order
4 starters, 2 first courses, 3 second courses, 3 side dishes.
Good appetizers, all based on trout.
Firsts without glory.
Good second courses, but rather expensive for the quality expressed.
The side dishes arrived much later than the main courses.
Out of five side dishes available on the menu, that evening they only had two: potatoes and herbs.
Very expensive desserts for the quality expressed (a tart and a nougat mousse, which arrived at the table still frozen).
It wouldn't take much to improve.
We won't be back.
I don't feel like recommending it.
Bill: €60 each. No wines, just water. Very expensive for what we ate.
