Good hotel
A good hotel, with private parking, good restaurant / pizzeria, decent breakfast, friendly staff, standart room with all the necessary amenities.

Stay in Tarvisio
Great welcome, family atmosphere, but very professional.
Clean room, fabulous bed. perfect toilet. Hearty breakfast and well stocked. Staff always with a smile, (even with hot plate burn, continued the table service!) available to the requests of the 'guest.
Restaurant with simple but well-kept menu, excellent dishes, from creamed risotto with montasio and truffle flakes, spaghetti with seafood, lamb chops, grilled vegetables, spectacular pizzas! In short, suitable for everyone! Peaceful environment rest guaranteed!
We will definitely return.... Thank you so much!

Enjoyable stay
We only stayed 2 nights but we enjoyed it. New room, clean, with super comfortable bed (also equipped with Topper) and spacious bathroom (although no window). As a flaw I would say little soundproofing (you could hear the neighbor snoring). Hotel located near the center with private parking (pity it is a little 'small which made us protagonists of a small inconvenience for the incivility of guests). We ate one night at the hotel restaurant: excellent what we took and friendly and professional service... but it's a shame that the half board service is not contemplated. Breakfast in the norm: maybe being close to closing has led to serving a few less? I would have expected a few more local products (yoghurt and less industrial jams maybe) but the homemade desserts were nothing short of amazing. Overall a good stay... to return.

Good food, unbelievably bad service

"The quality of the food in the hotel restaurant is undoubtedly first class and shows the care and skill of the kitchen crew. Unfortunately, this positive impression is greatly tarnished by the poor service. After we sat down, it felt like ages passed without anyone approaching us to order drinks. Even after actively asking for service, it took us a disproportionate amount of time to place our order.
The staff were generally unfriendly and hardly accommodating. It seemed that our presence bothered them rather than that they cared for our welfare. The lack of any demand for more drinks, even though our glasses had long been empty, reflects the lack of interest in Customer Service.
We noticed particularly negatively that the waitress chewed gum incessantly during the service, which seemed not only unprofessional but also unhygienic. Guests around us seemed equally amazed at this disrespectful type of service.
Overall, the outstanding quality of the food leaves a bitter aftertaste due to poor Customer Service. It is to be hoped that the management of the hotel will recognize these problems and take prompt action to improve the experience of its guests."

Avoid ASAP
One of the worst hotel experiences and I've been to a lot of them, so try to avoid this place if you just want to have a normal family time.
We got a room at the top with small beds for teenagers, and all night the noise of uncultured guests reached our room. Registered at the reception and as if they will be warned! the night after the same story and first I went to the reception and complain, then my partner then I came downstairs and said I would call the police and the receptionist told me to call!! so I have to talk about it with local police. When I arrived the last time at the reception angry and I told him to call the police in front of me, they decided to go and calm down the next room (they could have done that earlier to take care of the guests!)
We came for breakfast the morning after at 0730 and there was nothing left to offer .
In afternoon we come back from skiing and in one of their remote hotel parking lots all the spaces were taken. Of course, I protested at the reception, and the employee answered in some of her English, if we want parking, we could have a 5-star hotel! Well done for the employee and such a person should be supported as employee of the month!
All in all, judge for yourself, but for that money you can find a place where decency and some effort from the staff are in place.
