Tuscany at its best

We had a wonderful good holiday here. Very friendly and personal welcome from both owner B&B Filippo and his wife as well as from Katia and the entire staff of the restaurant.
All evenings enjoyed the great food, so much choice, everything delicious, and often some extra suggestions that are not on the menu. Many sights less than half an hour. Simple but spacious rooms, polished every day with care and well working air conditioning.
Beautiful garden that is so well maintained. Closed and spacious parking. Everything so finely maintained.
We have already visited many places, but in terms of customer-friendly and personal contacts it was TOP here. I recommend it to everyone!

Highly recommend

The Service the facilities at this place are amazing. From the beginning of how to check very informative. Breakfast included delicious lots of variety, pool side lots of shade and lounges available, rooms spacious and clean. Great location.. very helpful with any questions. Great Value restaurant with amazing service and delicious food & wine .

A great place to base yourself to visit the sights of Tuscany

We have stayed at Filippo and Francesca’s B&B a number of times. They are welcoming and the accomodation is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The rooms are serviced daily which we love.
Rooms are equipped with TV and a kettle to make your own tea or coffee.
The big bonus is breakfast provided by Katia of Borgo Antico.

Hotel with good value for money

Very nice accommodation. Parking available on the property. Rooms rather small but very clean and absolutely sufficient.
Good breakfast and great location near Florence.
Scenic (as one imagines Tuscany) we liked the southern Tuscany (Val d’Orcia) better.
Directly connected restaurant for dinner highly recommended.

True Tuscan hospitality

It feels like home. Nice property, rooms with large bathrooms, green space and large pool. The attached restaurant offers excellent traditional cuisine with a wide selection of local wines, they also organize tastings. The owner Filippo is very nice and makes you feel immediately at ease, from great advice on places to visit. Catia, who runs the restaurant and takes care of the breakfasts is simply fantastic: verve, irony, frankness that put you in a good mood even on a bad day. We will be back for sure.
