Quiet and nice place for relax.

Villa Mimma offers a beautiful view with the relax atmosphere with a long story of the family owners. The rooms are big with everything you need and even more: kitchen, dishwasher, big fridge. The owners are very nice and kind persons. It was a pleasure to stay at Villa Mimma. Thank you very much. Michele and Anna.

Quiet and off the beaten track

Mimma is a unique property, the owner is the family matriach who has had the villa in the family going back at least 3 generations. Treville is a tiny hilltop village with limited services; a fabulous restaurant that is open sporadically, and a butcher. If the restaurant is open, you MUST eat there. Back to Mimma... extremely nice couple run the place, they want you to be comfortable and relaxed. The apartment we stayed in was equipped with a kitchen and a washing machine - both very welcome when on an extended holiday. In summary, stay here for peace and quiet, know that stores, restaurants are a short drive away.

A very magical place

Villa Mimma is an absolutely magical place. Located in the small village of Treville, it has been lovingly refurbished by its owners to ensure that it keeps its charm while offering their guests all modern comfort. Where to start to describe all it has to offer: the surrounding countryside is stunningly beautiful, there are breathtaking views from the villa itself with a superb terrace on which to relax and enjoy the sun. For the more active, there are plenty of walks and gentle hills to climb. There is also a pingpong table which is indoor, so sheltered should it be raining and likely to be agreeably cool in the summer. All the rooms are full of charms, and each flat also has a living room, while a delicious breakfast is served in a common room. And then there are the hosts, who go out of their way to make their guests highly welcome. The perfect place if you want to spend some time away from it all, have a romantic weekend or a family holiday. And for the foodies, there is an excellent restaurant next door (Hosteria Treville).

Low hanging fruit!

The place is fantastic: a quaint tiny village, reminiscent of romantic accounts of Byron and Shelley! It is surrounded by the Alps, but the hills around are not so challenging, so perfect for a walk (the villages are separated by about 2 or 3hrs on foot, and you can't get lost).
The accommodation is superb: clean and quiet; the food is tasty and cheap.
But the cherry on the cake are the hosts: a sweet italian family that would make you feel at home. A must see!

I would go back tomorrow!:)

I spent a lovely weekend at Villa Mimma with friends. It is located on the top of a hill and the view from the terrace is really outstanding. Surrounding landscape is breathtaking: hills,woods,vineyards with mountains and lakes in the distance. These hills have no reason to envy the Chianti hills! The hospitality was really great and made us feel really comfortable, almost as we were home. Breakfast was served until late morning and had a wide range, from pastries, fruit, juices, coffe, milk and other cooked breakfast item. Rooms were large and clean and all of us really enjoyed the weekend. Hope to go back for another weekend sooner or later!
