Wow
First of all the 1st impression upon arriving, consistent with what you had seen while scrolling on Insta! Wow! What a location, what an environment, what a setting... breathtaking ... and choose the rooms overlooking the mountain... you never get tired of it and remember to watch the sunset...
Everything else has been said and said again!
Excellent choice … between relaxing and activities.. Ideal place for cycling! Bicycle available for rent and organized tour 2x / week (every 2 days would be a plus!)
Lago di Carezza accessible by an easy hike (cable car, chairlift, and walking)
Excellent breakfast
Fixed menu in the evening with the possibility of modification … not always to our taste (personal)
Comfortable room … A/C not in all rooms but planned
Staff available and friendly

Modern hotel for sports enthusiasts seeking relaxation somewhat lacking in direction
Very nice and modern hotel for alpine guests with good cuisine. However, there were shortcomings with the service staff, somewhat lacking in direction, difficult to communicate linguistically, and poorly trained staff both at check-in, reception, and in the restaurant. Very impersonal and unprofessional. Only the bartender and the shop staff provided professional and friendly service.
Nice pool, a bit too small for the many guests, the facility is well-maintained but unfortunately has too few loungers here as well. Most guests are out in the mountains during the day, but it gets a bit crowded after 4 PM.

danke, dass Sie Küche, Haus und die alpine Lage so positiv erlebt haben, und dass Sie Bar und Shop ausdrücklich hervorheben, das gebe ich sehr gern an die beiden weiter.
Beim Service haben Sie an diesem Aufenthalt Momente erlebt, die nicht zum Rest des Hauses gepasst haben, und das beschönige ich nicht. Unser Anspruch ist nicht, dass es meistens funktioniert, sondern bei jedem Gast und jeden Abend, auch beim Check-in und bei der Verständigung. Dort, wo das bei Ihnen nicht so war, hat es uns geärgert, weil wir wissen, dass wir es können.
Dass ich mit einer aus Ihrer Runde noch persönlich sprechen durfte, hat mich sehr gefreut. Genau dieser genauere Austausch ist für uns wichtig, weil wir nur so ins Detail gehen und immer weiterlernen können.
Ihren Hinweis zu den Liegen nehme ich mit. Gerade weil viele Gäste am späten Nachmittag aus den Bergen zurückkommen, ist das ein berechtigter Punkt, den wir gut lösen können.
Ich würde mich freuen, Ihnen bei einem nächsten Besuch zu zeigen, dass der Service zum Niveau des restlichen Hauses aufschließt.

Stunning spa resort in the mountains
A wonderful location for our honeymoon. Friendly staff, incredible spa facilities over looking the mountains and delicious food (breakfast buffet and 5 course evening meal). Well worth the money - we’ll be back

Short stay in the Dolomites
Great Resort. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The meals were excellent, both dinners and breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Simply the best
A beautiful family run hotel is a stunning location. Amazing food, welcoming staff, and so much on offer. Even a weekly concert. Much to love, 4 stays and more to come, I’m certain.
