Lovely place for a yoga collection

I rented the whole place for a yoga collection and it was absolutely amazing! The monastery is beautifully renovated, the rooms are small, but classic and perfectly decorated. There are not private baths, but it does absolutely nothing as there are very many shared baths. We got great breakfast every morning by Marta. It was simply a pleasure to be a week at Cappuccini.

Not in the summer

The place is very charming, it's a pity that it is not in the least prepared to receive guests in the summer: the thick walls absorb the heat of the day and release it in the evening, there isn't even a fan in the room, in short, you spend a nightmare night in a pool of sweat. Terrible.

The entrance was not easy/obvious to find, but fun. One just needs to dare taking the narrow stone-paved ramp. Checking in is done by text message and from there it’s easy to follow directions and discover this extraordinary venue.
Breakfast was really good, fresh and plentiful and the staff were nice. I would totally book again.

Nice property but bad experience

The structure is also beautiful but the organization proved completely inadequate.
A group of about 20 students booked the entire facility to celebrate 100 days before the exam.
During the night the power went out, leaving everyone without the possibility of charging phones, warming up and showering. In the morning, once it was reactivated (at 9:40 with check out scheduled for 10:30), it jumped again while someone was simply using the hairdryer. Result: Hair dried with a towel.
The behavior of the owners was also very serious: while the boys were still in the rooms, they entered without any respect for privacy to start cleaning. A phone left on the bed almost even got thrown out the window as they shook the sheets.
To top it all off, they initially refused to return the deposit (without any damage caused), only to give it back. And they also demanded that the boys clean up.
Disorganized structure, unprofessional management and total lack of respect for guests. To be avoided absolutely.

Very difficult to find. Unattended and very confusing process. Completely unmarked property. Very nice mother and daughter team managing the property! I heard that a Norwegian man owns the place. If so, he’s in the wrong business
