Holidays in Alto Garda
Impeccable hospitality and courtesy. The breakfast buffet is excellent in variety and quality; I cannot comment on the restaurant because I did not use it. The overall level of cleanliness and the availability of services offered are excellent.

Very nice hotel, great location.
Large and new superior room, with small bathroom but with everything you need.
The only flaw , does not have a daily cleaning service for any need.
On a 4 star I never found the room to redo after going out 5 hours in the morning and 3 in the afternoon when there was plenty of time to rearrange it and especially after communicating it in Reception.
Result wet towels and baskets with garbage.
I'm sorry because the hotel deserves but this is not good.

Siamo tuttavia dispiaciuti nel leggere quanto da lei segnalato in merito al servizio di riassetto della camera e comprendiamo perfettamente il suo disappunto per la situazione riscontrata. Desideriamo precisare che nel nostro hotel il servizio di pulizia giornaliera viene sempre garantito; nel caso specifico, non è stato effettuato in quanto, durante i passaggi del personale, era esposto il cartello “non disturbare”. Ci scusiamo sinceramente se ciò ha creato un disagio durante il soggiorno e per non aver soddisfatto pienamente le aspettative. Il suo feedback è per noi molto importante e lo abbiamo già condiviso internamente per verificare con attenzione quanto accaduto e migliorare ulteriormente la gestione dei nostri servizi. The hotel staff made our trip unforgettable!
Whether at the reception, the Zummerservice or at breakfast, everyone was extremely nice, competent and helpful.
Likewise, the location, means in the heart of the city. Just a few meters from the lake.

Weekend on the lake
I stayed one night at this hotel in March 2026. We were in pairs and chose this accommodation for the convenient location to us. Review of the hotel really positive. Quality price absolutely satisfactory. Room not very large but with everything you need. Perfect cleanliness both in the room and in the bathroom. The only thing that can be improved is the room temperature at night. I couldn't find a way to regulate the temperature and it was too hot. A special mention to the staff, really very very kind. To conclude a vote at breakfast, I would say an eleven out of ten. There really is everything. Fresh products and jams of excellent workmanship. Keep it up. See you next time.
