Great hotel
The only downside is the tram and buses that pass by; you can hear the noise. But other than that, perfect.

Great location and staff.
However, there was one negative point that I cannot help but mention. There was a persistent bad smell in our bathroom, which seemed to come from the ralo. On a specific night, we tried to solve the problem by putting a flooring cloth on the ralo, but this only partially reduced the odor. I decided not to complain at the reception, because I didn't want to bother, but I mentioned the problem to the attendant at the time of check-out.
Another detail was the air conditioning, which could not lower the room temperature, which is common in European hotels during the winter. To fix this, we left the door open for a few minutes, which usually solved the problem. This is a tip and not a complaint, since there is no solution when heating or air conditioning is central.
A positive point I would like to highlight was Joan’s exceptional service at the bar and restaurant. He was friendly, humane and welcoming, and always served the guests with a smile on the face and a high quality service. His positive attitude really transformed our experience at the hotel. Every hotel should have a staff like Joan to ensure that guests are always treated with the utmost respect and attention.

Excellent location!
Very convenient paid parking, about 600 meters from the hotel, managed separately from the hotel.
Friendly and professional staff.
Double room (with a small living area where the third bed was located) furnished with good taste, modern and functional.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on it.
Nothing to complain about.
