NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE
The rooms were sufficiently clean, quiet, and suitable for resting. The reception staff and the dining room staff were always friendly, available, and professional.
The real problem, in my opinion, is that the structure is clearly understaffed compared to the number of guests. The employees truly do their best, and I have nothing to reproach them for, but it is evident that there are too few of them to manage a hotel of this size.
This is already noticeable at breakfast: by 8:00 AM, plates, glasses, and pastries were all gone. We had to wait at least 10 minutes before everything was restocked. This is not a service failure attributable to the employees, but to an organization that evidently does not provide sufficient staff.
The restaurant also suffers from the same problem: there was some dirt on the carpeted floors, and the tables were cleared very slowly, always because the staff was insufficient compared to the number of customers.
The pool is definitely too small for the hotel's capacity. If you do not arrive early, it is practically impossible to find a lounge chair or even just an available space. Moreover, already during the morning, the water becomes unpleasant, with visible hair and other residues, enough to discourage swimming.
The cleanliness of the outdoor areas was disappointing: tables left dirty from morning until afternoon, cigarette butts at the entrance and in other common areas, and, more generally, a sense of neglect regarding the outdoor spaces.
During our stay, a family with two children behaved very rudely in the pool, with constant diving, splashing, and passing just a few inches from other guests. In such a small pool, mutual respect should also be ensured by the lifeguard, who, however, never intervened and even seemed to walk away to avoid addressing the situation.
On Sunday, an event with music and dancing was also organized. I completely understand that events of this kind represent an economic opportunity for the establishment, but I believe that a hotel must first and foremost guarantee tranquility and relaxation for its guests. The music and noise disturbed those, like us, who had chosen the establishment also to rest.
It is a real shame because with better staff organization, greater attention to cleanliness, and more careful management of the common areas, this establishment could offer a significantly better experience. Unfortunately, as far as I am concerned, it will not be a hotel I will consider again when I return to Turin.

Terrible experience
The prices are definitely exaggerated compared to what is offered. The rooms are old, neglected, and in really poor condition. During my stay, there was also a power outage, causing further inconveniences, without receiving adequate explanations or apologies.
The pool was also a great disappointment: it is so small that it seems more like a puddle than a pool. Overall, the value for money is poor and the experience was well below expectations. I do not recommend it and I certainly will not return.

Old hotel
Bathroom accessories were rather nonexistent. The bathroom door was all damaged. I expect breakfast to be up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, a negative review on booking.
