The perfect gem of a home base in the perfect gem of a city

We, gay mixed race couple in our 40s from NYc, stayed for four nights in late April and had the best time. Don’t let the proximity to the train station deter you - it’s a quiet and clean area that is walkable to all the wonderful sights Torino has to offer. The facilities - rooms, dining room (and breakfast), bar/lobby and roof lounge are all top notch - comfortable and well-appointed. The staff, particularly Irene, Giada, Luca, and both Gabrieles all bent over backwards to make sure our stay was fun and comfortable. Their knowledge of the area and swift, professional communication made our trip even better. We will be back!

Very centrally placed, and very high standards, with super helpful staff.
Only shade is the general area, which seems to have taken a additional turn during the last years.
You can walk to just about anything, but late night strolls might be better as late night drives

We stayed for 3 nights in July. We were immediately met by A friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious, cool, and very clean. We had our own private balcony which was great. The hotel rooftop has an amazing view.
Breakfast is included and takes place in a gorgeous room with way too many options so you're guaranteed to find something you love.
We were able to get to know some of the staff over the course of our stay and we really loved them. We are planning our next trip already!

What an absolutely stunning hotel to stay in. Hotel Turin Palace is a hotel of class. The rooms are tastefully decorated and so very comfortable. The position of the hotel is ideal for everything to visit around us. Breakfast is plentiful with a huge range of choices catering for every taste. An afternoon visiting the spa was a lovely treat.
We had a fabulous meal on the rooftop terrace our first night midst a thunderstorm. Our second night we returned for cocktails and to take in the beautiful city view. The plants, foliage and fragrance from the jasmine plant were lovely.
The station is across the road which was great for us as we had a train journey from the station on leaving.
Turin is a understated city with a lot to offer, I feel we will definitely return.

Would give this hotel 10 stars if I could

Amazing hotel with modern amenities, super helpful staff, great rooftop Terrace apperitivo, and the best breakfast buffet I’ve seen in a hotel in a very long time. The rooms must have been recently renovated. They were spacious, bathroom was huge and beds were extremely comfortable.
The hotel is located directly across the street from the train station. The historic center of Turin is very walkable and close by.
