A wonderful surprise: hospitality, quality, and customer care.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great cordiality, professionalism, and helpfulness. The room was not ready yet, but they gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage in the lobby and use the beach included in the stay while the room was being prepared.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, facing the sea, ideal for those who want to spend a vacation dedicated to relaxation and comfort. The property is new, very clean, and always smells fresh. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise: rich and varied, with many sweet and savory products, cakes of all kinds, plain, cream-filled, and Nutella-filled croissants, as well as many other options to satisfy every taste.
We also appreciated the free open bar, available for two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon, with a wide selection of products and drinks, in addition to the juices always available to guests.
During our stay, we had a small issue, as can happen in any establishment. What struck us most was the great availability and professionalism of all the staff: from the reception to the cleaning ladies, everyone immediately made themselves available, showing attention and care toward us, even going so far as to offer us dinner as a gesture of courtesy. A gesture that is not taken for granted, which demonstrates true attention to the customer and which not all hoteliers manage to convey.
At the time of check-out, we asked if there were any extras to pay, and we were informed that there was nothing to settle. Furthermore, from the moment of our arrival, we had been given the possibility to use the pool even on the day of departure after check-out, a further sign of attention toward guests.
A special thanks to all the staff: reception, floor staff, and dining room waiters. Always kind, smiling, and helpful.
We felt truly welcomed and pampered throughout our stay. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will definitely return.

Highly recommended hotel for perfect rest
Very friendly, helpful and lovable team in all areas of the hotel.
Delicious typical cuisine, always served fresh on the plate and not buffet-style, as in many other European Touri hotels.
Side dishes in buffet form in a very large selection and always freshly prepared.
We will come back anytime !!

Comfortable, sea access, supportive staffs
The beach and place were so clean and the hotel position was perfect; the breakfast and food were good based on the price, especially the employee were so careful and respectful;
