Excellent stay at the Hotel Quisisana in Vada!
The property presents itself as a two-star hotel, but do not let this detail stop you: it is a truly valid solution, well-kept, and in an excellent location for visiting the whole area. It is located just a 2-minute walk from the nearest beach and, with a pleasant stroll, you can also reach the splendid Spiagge Bianche of Vada.
A great strong point is definitely the staff: always kind, professional, welcoming and available to answer any doubt or request, making you feel at home from the very first day.
I recommend it to both families and couples who wish to spend a vacation dedicated to the sea, relaxation and comfort. If we return to Vada, it will definitely be one of our points of reference!

We stayed for a week at this property. Excellent location fifty meters from the sea, qualified and very helpful staff. We had dinner/lunch with both the pension menu and the à la carte menu and the choice was very wide and everything was delicious I hope to be able to return as soon as possible

A true home away from home — Heartfelt hospitality and outstanding food
We only spent a few days at Quisisana Hotel, but they truly made a lasting impression. While the structure itself is fairly standard, it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into maintaining and improving it, and that effort shows. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the little touches added up to a very comfortable stay.
Location and convenience
The hotel has easy access to the beach, which was perfect for quick dips without needing to pack up for the day. One detail I really appreciated was the shaded, reserved parking, a lifesaver during the hot summer days!
Evenings full of magic
Just down the street, there's a small plaza where locals and guests gather in the evenings. Children play freely, someone might strum a guitar or play soft music, and on one evening we even looked at the moon through a telescope someone had brought. The free beach is also just a short walk away, perfect for a peaceful night swim. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, and you're gently reminded how sweet life can be when lived simply.

What truly set this place apart was the service. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed, cherished, and genuinely cared for, something you rarely find even at luxury hotels. Every staff member greeted us with warmth and authenticity. We were introduced by name, which immediately created a personal connection and a sense of accountability that’s often missing in larger hotels.
During our stay, one key staff member, the person who normally took care of breakfasts, maintenance, and helped wherever needed, was absent. That role is so central to the flow of a stay, but the team didn’t miss a beat. They worked their hearts out, quietly picking up extra responsibilities without ever letting it show. If we hadn’t been told, we honestly wouldn’t have noticed, and that’s exactly why accountability and teamwork matter so much in hospitality. Everyone stepped up with dedication and grace, and it all came together like a well-directed orchestra.
Irina’s attention to detail was impeccable. Young Hamid served us in the restaurant with constant professionalism and a smile that never faded. The kitchen staff, though mostly behind the scenes, were absolutely on point: food came out on time, hot, and perfectly cooked.
The food: a whole experience
Speaking of food: the restaurant was simply amazing. I grew up in Italy and can honestly say I’ve never had such a delicious pizza in my life. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. One of the reasons it stands out so much is that the ingredients are imported directly from Naples, and you can absolutely taste the difference. The quality, the texture, the depth of flavor… it’s not just restaurant food, it’s a culinary experience. Even our young child loved every meal, and everyone who brought it to our table.

We were lucky enough to meet the young owners, Giuseppe and Serena, and they deserve all the praise. Their warmth, humor, and genuine hospitality reflect in every corner of their hotel. They are a true power couple, passionate about what they do and deeply committed to their guests.

Siamo felici che abbia apprezzato la cura della struttura, la vicinanza al mare, la comodità del parcheggio ombreggiato, e soprattutto quel senso di serenità che si respira nei momenti di vita condivisa con gli altri ospiti e la comunità locale. Not recommended!
Our stay at this hotel was very negative. The food was very poor, the hot water (shower) only worked for a few hours a day and the room facilities were unacceptable. The furniture was very worn, the mattresses were old and stained, and we couldn't sleep through the night because our room was right next to the lift, which was very noisy.
The doors of our only wardrobe were also broken, so we couldn't use it. As I read here, this was also the case for other guests. And what also surprised us: The management says, that guests should report that?
Excuse me? As a paying guest, I am expected to report defective furniture??? Don’t blame your guests for your own shortcomings! It is YOUR responsibility and YOUR duty to rent out hotel rooms in perfect condition. Your behaviour and your reactions to honest critics are disgraceful!

The doors of our only wardrobe were also broken, so we couldn't use it. As I read here, this was also the case for other guests. And what also surprised us: The management says, that guests should report that?
Excuse me? As a paying guest, I am expected to report defective furniture??? Don’t blame your guests for your own shortcomings! It is YOUR responsibility and YOUR duty to rent out hotel rooms in perfect condition. Your behaviour and your reactions to honest critics are disgraceful!

we are sorry your stay did not meet your expectations and take every report seriously.
To be clear: we never ask guests to repair or “check” their rooms. What we do ,and always do, is ask that any defect or discomfort be reported to reception so our staff can intervene immediately: solving the guest’s stay is our priority and correcting any issue is our duty.
During your stay we have no record of a report about the problems you describe; had we been informed, we would have arranged an immediate check, a repair or an alternative room.
Our housekeeping and maintenance teams work daily to keep rooms clean and safe; if a wardrobe hinge, mattress or hot water system proved faulty we would have acted without delay. Publishing harsh accusations after departure, without first allowing us to remedy the situation, prevents a prompt solution and risks giving future guests a distorted picture.
We believe criticism is useful only when accompanied by fairness and context. Otherwise, it risks damaging the reputation of people who work daily with commitment and professionalism.
