a cosy, friendly guesthouse

We booked the double room, it was nice and clean, the bathroom quite big. (It's directly under the roof so I imagine it could get really hot in the summer though.) I asked the owner beforehand if it was possible to get some gluten free breakfast and he went out of his way to get some cookies. He was really friendly and helpful.

We're not here.

Starting from the entrance to the b & b full of holes (I understand not attributable to the manager, but so it is...) the experience was not the best. Entering the room you can smell an unpleasant smell of fuel coming from the garage (?), the attic room has a very low ceiling, but it must be said that it is comfortable and has a nice windowed bathroom.
Breakfast with packaged products, few and low quality.
Since there has been no little money paid, I would say that there are many things that need to be improved.

Stay in Friuli

Clean structure, with bright and functional rooms and equipped with a windowed bathroom. Breakfast absolutely to review: I understand that there is nothing fresh, but lacked croissants and plum cake, as well as lemon juice for tea '. Also some fresh fruit would have been appreciated (apples, oranges, kiwi last even more than a week)

A bit overrated

The best here is the host who is friendly and helpful no doubt. Yet the place is very simple and to is a bit like a school trip hostel. My room was just in the top below the roof and it was very hot despite the fan and mobile ac. Also a reconsteuction was happening in the corner od the room and so I got all the smeels of prolonged piping etc. A bad thing for me is the late check in - only after 6pm!
Next time I would prefer a different option. The breakfast is fine do it yourself style.

Evitate!!!camere scomode e fredde,colazione approssimativa e dozzinale,(per ben due mattine abbiamo trovato il latte scaduto!!!),mancano i requisiti minimi di igiene.
