Weekend in Urbino in June.

Hotel close to the historic center, in a quiet area and convenient for driving to the center of Urbino. The always smiling and helpful staff adds great value! The spa is very well organized and peaceful! Simple room but clean and with a great view of the hills. I will return!

Fortunately, there is a beautiful view of the hill...

Essential, minimalist, and sterile room. No elements that provide pleasant beauty to the environment.
The view of the hill is beautiful.
No support for luggage. You have to do it yourself.
Regarding the restaurant, it is better to avoid it. Unempathetic waitress. Expressionless face.
I ordered a sliced beef... only in name, not in reality... the worst ever. Long wait for a platter of cold cuts and cheeses... the reason... it is prepared on the spot... I didn't know pre-packaged platters could exist... pizza is not recommendable... to be avoided.

Ideal for relaxation

A very beautiful hotel immersed in silence. Extremely helpful and kind staff. Breakfast with an excellent buffet. Enormous bed. Spacious bathroom.

This is not a 4-star hotel.

Room 434.
Friendly reception.
It is a large room, overlooking other buildings, and lacking charm with beds and pillows that are too firm. There is no courtesy tray with coffee and tea.
The bathroom has a repaired bathtub (4 stars) and lacks a safety handle, and the system to operate the showerhead needs renovation; every time you stop the water, you have to lift a button to get the showerhead, it is from another time... On the edge of the bathtub, there was a black hair. There is also a missing magnifying mirror and glasses. The overflow of the sink needs to be cleaned as it is black....
What surprised me the most is the note in the room that prohibits drinks coming from outside the establishment. This is the first time I have seen this.... As much as I understand that one cannot eat that much, it is inconceivable not to offer drinks, especially since, for a 4-star hotel, you are not even provided with water upon arrival in 30° temperature.
Breakfast: there are sweet and savory options, but the products are of ordinary quality.

The hotel is located about 3 km from Urbino.
For me, this hotel does not have much of a 4-star quality!!!

Second time

Thanks to a not inconsiderable discount voucher we booked again in this hotel, this time bringing with us two other couples. All in all it went well, large and spacious room (slightly dusty when we arrived), SPA up to (although we were always late). Breakfast good and sufficiently plentiful even if the first morning, because of the usual unruly cycling group (and I go no further) there was no more bread but only the one in the box. Otherwise staff always very kind and helpful.
