Excellence
We were guests at this property with expectations in line with the 4 stars of this Hotel. We far exceeded our expectations. Perfect welcome, classy details, very well-cared-for design. Creative, refined, and high-quality cuisine. Christian's pastry shop delighted us with his creations! Very rich breakfast and gourmet dinner!!
Professional and friendly staff!!
Wellness area is enchanting, modern and perfect Spa, both indoor and outdoor pools (2) are exceptional and very clean! Spacious, bright room with a terrace overlooking the woods! Excellent!!!

4 stars? Absolutely not, quality/price ratio not consistent.
Beautiful only on the outside. Noise and zero services.
Disappointing stay and expensive compared to what they offer.
The only positive things:
beautiful pools, well-kept and clean garden. Rich breakfast with fresh fruit and excellent cheeses.
The real problems:
Absurd costs
$24 a day for the dog without even a courtesy kit (1 pad). Just money.
SPA - $95 for a massage (which had been canceled on me with an unlikely excuse and postponed to the next day) performed by staff who didn't even know where to start!! Embarrassing!
Kindness yes, professionalism zero. Money literally thrown in the trash.
ROOMS (ours was the suite)
Spacious but empty: no basic kit, insufficient soap (we were forced to buy it), terrible hair dryer that you wouldn't even find in a 2-star hotel. No air conditioning and no fridge with an "ecological" excuse that, however, is not reflected in the price.
My room faced a very noisy street starting early in the morning and we were forced to keep the window open to get some cool air. Result: zero sleep.
One day the room was not cleaned because they were "short-staffed".
RECEPTION
Staff that feigns helpfulness. In reality, at the slightest observation or request, they are always ready to snap back at guests instead of resolving the issue. Unacceptable behavior for a 4-STAR hotel.
RELAXATION AREA
Beautiful and clean, but the staff brings outside visitors for tours of the SPA even with their shoes on!
Besides ruining the relaxation, it is also unhygienic.
RESTAURANT
Pretentious cuisine with several errors. Overall sufficient.

Highly recommended hotel/residence
I spent a wonderful week staying at the Mullegh residence and using the hotel's services.
Clean pool, full of whatever hydromassage you could want; one indoor and two outdoor, one of which is very warm. Elegant and very comfortable solarium with a spectacular view. Equipped gym and tennis courts. Spa with a quiet relaxation area, with saunas, Turkish bath, various showers, and a small Kneipp path; herbal teas and dried fruit are always available. The lady was very kind and very competent; she treated my son's foot with great dedication. In the residence, which is a short distance from the hotel, we found a very spacious and very clean apartment. Too bad about the carpeted floor. Kitchen equipped with dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven. Mid-week we were offered a change of towels, which we declined because, as 4 people with 3 bathrooms, we hadn't really used them all. We thank the entire staff of the facility, who were very kind and helpful.

I expected something more
We stayed 3 nights a week ago, food, cleanliness, spa and pools all excellent, friendly and non-intrusive staff.
Negative notes: location along a fairly noisy road right by a curve, unfortunately not visible in the photos on the website. Exorbitant cost for a bottle of Plose water (6 euros). We opted for a two-room suite, with two separate rooms, since our 23-year-old son was with us; the third bed was a narrow and short sofa with a small topper placed on top, my son slept with his feet hanging off. In the boy's room there was neither a TV, nor a closet to store clothes, nor a console to place the PC, and not even a shelf to put the suitcase on. In light of all this, the price seemed a bit too high to us.
The room does not have a kettle or a minibar; for the latter, the hotel claims to follow an ecological line aimed at reducing consumption.

Super!
We stayed at this hotel from 17 to 24 January. What about... above all expectations, our room was at the Gratterhof, a small annex connected directly to the Spa and the hotel by a heated underground corridor. The renovated Spa is exceptional with new heated outdoor pools, relaxation areas and sauna/hammam areas with herbal tea corner. The hotel is located 50 meters from the Olang cable car that leads directly to the summit of Plan de Corones. A few meters away are also the ski bus stops that connect the other ski areas and the Val Pusteria train, which allowed us to visit Brunico and its surroundings without using the car. Catering a bit sought after, but it's a personal opinion. The hotel has a heated and brand new ski room, and (with extra charge) a covered garage.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Nice nice, I would stay there maybe even in summer.
