We stayed 4 nights in the large apartment for 6 located at the top of the village, above the cheese factory. The space is well optimized and cleanliness without any blame. We had all our meals at the refuge Valliera, we feasted there and were very well received. Not to mention the pleasure of the smell of fresh milk from the cheese factory where Kumar, Indian from Punjab, produces with excellence the local cheese king.

A village out of time!

Apartments renovated with great taste, simple, cozy and functional. Elena of an exquisite courtesy. The restaurant of Rifugio La Valliera has a simple but fantastic cuisine. It seems to be out of time. The last stretch of road must be traveled carefully during the day, they assured us that they will install a timed traffic light. Absolutely to recommend!

Stupendo we inaspettato

Siamo stati accolti come in famiglia in questo incredibile hotel diffuso ideato da un gruppo di amici che, insieme, hanno ristrutturato un intero borgo. Camere meravigliose, ben arredate, pulite e cucina casalinga di ottima qualità. Non posso consigliare nulla se non provare tutto: vitello tonnato, insalata russa, acciughe al verde, torte salate, tutto davvero buono e curato.
Dal rifugio partono delle belle passeggiate da fare anche in famiglia. Noi siamo stati fortunati ed abbiamo incontrato vari animali.
Attenzione alla strada, gli ultimi 2 km sono da fare di giorno, come consigliatoci.

Una settimana all’insegna della tranquillità

In vacanza con un’amica per una settimana e con un cagnolino al seguito, all’agriturismo Valliera abbiamo trovato una dimensione che ci ha permesso di staccare la spina e riposarci veramente.
Il luogo è piuttosto isolato. Sebbene sia raggiungibile attraverso una stradina asfaltata, occorre entrare nell’ottica di percorrere con prudenza gli ultimi 2 km. Una volta arrivati ci accoglie una struttura incantevole. Un intero borgo abbarbicato sulla roccia e completamente ristrutturato con gusto e amore.
Soggiorniamo in un monolocale comodo e attrezzato, possiamo cucinarci pranzo e cena ma anche fruire del ristorante che propone un’ottima cucina che unisce la tradizione alla raffinatezza e al buon gusto. Elisa, coadiuvata da Irma, gestisce questo luogo con grande competenza, gentilezza e disponibilità.
Il caseificio annesso prepara Castelmagno d’Alpeggio di una bontà infinita.
La Valle è da scoprire lentamente e regala grandi soddisfazioni.
Assolutamente da consigliare!!!

Week end

Posto magnifico: baite in pietra ristrutturate con gusto, eccellente accoglienza cucina molto buona per non parlare dei loro prodotti come il castelmagno e altri formaggi e salumi prodotti sul posto. Non dimenticate di visitare il caseificio e i maiali allevati in libertà nel bosco. ATTENZIONE!!! Non prenotare con Booking.com: vi sovra fattura 10 euro al giorno per la colazione che è già compresa nel prezzo di locazione dell'appartamento. Non c'è stato nulla da fare non l'hanno rimborsata pur inviando il link della struttura con i prezzi piú bassi di 10 euro. Non è la prima volta che booking da queste fregature.
