A point of reference in Mestre

Welcoming and well-organized property, a few steps from the Mestre station. I particularly appreciated the availability and kindness of the staff, always attentive to the needs of the guests. Excellent quality food and excellent service. Recommended, I will return with pleasure.

Absolutely catastrophic hostel with shady business practices.

Absolutely catastrophic hostel and for me one of the worst accommodations I have ever experienced. I was aware that I had not booked a luxury hotel, and my expectations were correspondingly low. Nevertheless, I was massively disappointed. The room was in an unacceptable condition: sticky floor, mold in the bathroom, and a general lack of cleanliness. The hallways on the floors were full of stains and seemed unkempt and just plain disgusting. Added to that was an unbearable noise level. The walls are so thin that you can hear every word. Until the early morning hours, there was partying, shouting, and constant slamming of doors. Sleep was completely out of the question. The biggest point of criticism, however, is the treatment of the guests. After our complaint and the early termination of our stay, the staff showed no interest in a solution. Our request for a refund for the unused night was simply ignored. Only the parking fees for one night were refunded. The online support was also abysmal. After the first messages, I simply received no further response. To me, this behavior seems as if they are simply waiting out legitimate complaints. Overall, this leaves me with the impression of a dubious approach. To me, this hostel seems exclusively geared toward collecting money without caring about the condition of the accommodation or the satisfaction of the guests. I can only strongly advise everyone against booking here.

Catastrophic – Deplorable hygiene and aggressive reception (supporting videos)

If the façade of the hotel looks modern, the interior is a disgrace. We stayed together in a room with two single beds and tiny duvets. But the worst part is hygiene: if the duvet cover seemed clean, the duvet underneath was covered with disgusting yellowish stains.
Highlights of our stay:
• Non-existent overall cleanliness: Carpeted hallway stained all over the floor, dirty curtains and walls, corners never cleaned.
• Shockingly old: The bathroom door is literally smashed in/out on both sides!
• Absent security: Window on the 6th floor that opens completely without any security lock.
• Zero service: No courtesy tray (no tea or coffee), contrary to hotel standards such as Ibis or Campanile.
• Disrespectful personnel: I was “shoved around” by a receptionist, laughing at her colleague. Behaviour unworthy of the hotel industry.
I bitterly regret my choice. This establishment does not respect its guests or the basic rules of hygiene. Pass your way, you will find much better for your stay in Venice!

All good for a brief stay. Simple. Basic but good for price if visiting Venice. Close to the train station 10mins walking.

For a hostel it was really good stay for affordability. Close to the train station to take into Venice, easy to walk. Had a cool vibe. We had the family room and it was decent. Washroom could use a deep clean in the shower but overall it was perfect for our 2 night stay.
