Great location, great staff, great hotel!
We really enjoyed our stay at the AI Reali. The water taxi to the hotel’s jetty was just the start! Our room was exceptional. We chose a junior suite and was blown away by the stunning original ceiling and size of the room - even the hallway leading to the room was stunning! To be fair, it made the rest of the hotel look quite plain! The bed was very comfortable, the shower divine and the cleaning staff kept it looking pristine for our whole stay.
The lights were a little difficult to navigate and the speaker in the bathroom didn’t work but nothing that spoiled our stay.
The breakfasts were nice but not exceptional, as others have said, to order fresh eggs it was an additional cost, which is a little disappointing when you have paid a premium to stay there. They had great gluten free croissants for me when requested, but nothing cooked. I opted for fresh fruit and yoghurt with croissants each morning.
The staff are all super friendly and were happy to help in any way they could.
The bar area was a little small and very quiet when we stayed, so only used it once. We didn’t use the spa or eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on those.
It is very central and we very much enjoyed the location, we just had to pop to see the views from the Rialto bridge every day we were there!
All in all a great stay and we’d definitely stay again if we revisited beautiful Venice.

Great Hotel
In the middle of all the mad tourist action of Venice lies this oasis of a hotel. As soon as we stepped into it in the super hot day after walking from the Rialto Bridge's madness (5 minutes), oasis was the word that came to my mind. The people behind the desk were excellent. They upgraded us to a beautifully appointed room with canal view and helped us with everything from sightseeing suggestion to restaurant booking to making sure we could go directly from the hotel to the airport on the way back. The restaurant was phenomenal, we wanted to go back again but they were closed the day of the week we wanted to go. The spa/wet rooms were nice and relaxing. Hugo gave a memorable massage. If I go back to Venice, I will definitely want to stay at this hotel.

Excellent staff and location
This hotel is perfectly situated in Venice close to all the attractions and endless dining options.
Located right on the canal it is 100% quiet to any outside noises.
The staff is extremely nice and accommodating to it's guests.
Breakfast buffet daily the usual American style scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, sausage and hot dog type lol. Waffles on day 1 pancakes on day 2. Plenty of pastries and fresh fruit.
A make your own Americano coffee station and Expresso/Cappuccino on request. Served 7:30-10:30.
A wonderful bartender we visited Milo I believe was so nice we all talked quite a bit I would recommend to stop in. It is a bit slow here right now so he appreciated the business.
The rooms while tight were very well kept and we had what we needed.
It is one of the more pricier places but we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and it's proximity to all of the attractions.
Arrive by water taxi as it is door to door or 15 minute walk with luggage if you don't.

Exceptional Hospitality and a Lovely Surprise
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ai Reali in Venice. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. As a lovely surprise, they upgraded our room for free, which made our stay even more special.

The apartment must be left in order, the refrigerator must be emptied, dishes must be rinsed and put in the dishwasher. If food is found in the dishes or in the fridge or sink a penalty will be charged on your credit card.
