Great location

This apartment is about a ten minute walk from The Rialto Bridge and St. Marco Square. At the end of the road there are restaurants and cafes - even a Co-op to stock up on essentials (wine!) and a shop where you can buy your tickets for the water bus and bus for the airport.
The apartment was very clean and had every essential you need ie. towels, tea towels and shower gel and washing up liquid. The bed was extremely comfortable too.
As I had told them it was my partner's birthday they had left a bottle of Prosceco and a packet of biscuits and card; very thoughtful.
We had to wait for the rep to arrive with the key. Her name was Stefanio (I think I've got that correct) was very helpful and friendly.

Noisy and dark apartment

The experience in this apartment was negative for the following reasons: apartment at street level, with a lot of noise from those walking down the street. In the night or early morning the sound of trolleys dragged woke us up. You can't open the windows, otherwise they see us, so the room is dark. Unfortunately, there is also an unpleasant musty smell. The prezxo was very expensive and they wanted a deposit. We would not recommend this apartment.

An awful experience

It is shame that such a lace have the permission to host guest. Expensive, dark, smelling sewer waters and mosquitoes. The furniture is awful, you cannot open the windows due to the people walking along the street very close to the windows, with a lot of noise that could see you if you try to have more light in the room. The bath room is dark and smells of stagnant water. The maximum you shoul pay here is 40€

Incubo veneziano

Credevo acqua ma non tempesta … il peggio del peggio , inconcepibile soprattutto che nel 2023 si possa affittare un posto dove il telefono non prende e non è stato installato un Wi-Fi. Se uno dovesse avere un malore che fa ? Esce di casa per telefonare ? Assurdo … per non parlare poi del resto, pulizia inesistente ( costo 80 € !! ), impossibile cucinarsi qualcosa a parte un te… ecc

pessimo - sporco - non si può fare la doccia perché l ‘acqua calda finisce subito ( solo 15 litri cioè 5’bottiglje ) .

L’appartamento è buio, sporco ed umido con muri tutti scrostati. Puzza di muffa che impregna anche i vestiti. Il celllulare non prende e non c’è Wi-Fi. Devi buttare la spazzatura e pulire la cucina altrimenti ti addebitano 50€. La cosa peggiore è la doccia in quando l’acqua calda dura solo pochi minuti (il boiler ha una capienza di 15 litri). Quando l’abbiamo fatto presente alla proprietaria ci ha risposto: “ ma Lei viene a Venezia per lavarsi i capelli?”
Credo non sia a norma.. la sera ho acceso il fornello elettrico della cucina per farmi una camomilla ed è saltata la luce. non c era altro acceso in quel momento !!
Pessimo !!! sconsiglio vivamente .
Per due notti abbiamo speso 300 euro , ma non ne vale nemmeno 15 euro a notte . qualità prezzo pessimo
