Very comfortable stay in great location
Stayed here with the family for one night while visiting the city.
The family room was modern, spacious and extremely comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was also of a high standard..
Staff are generally very friendly and eager to help. The location is ideal for walking into town and the route takes you through the. San Zeno area which has plenty of bars and restaurants..
Parking facilities are very good.
All in all an excellent choice and certainly would use this hotel again if or rather when I come back to Verona.

Very disappointing stay – poor air conditioning and unprofessional
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly because of the poor service and the way our concerns were handled.

After checking in, we went to Room 401 and immediately noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly. We contacted the reception and one guy came to the room checked the air conditioning.
We were told that the air conditioning was controlled by one system for the entire floor and that all rooms were therefore the same. However, this explanation did not make sense based on our actual experience. My sister was staying in Room 414 on the same floor, and the air conditioning in her room was working perfectly. Meanwhile, the room where me and my husband were staying remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. We waited for around three hours hoping the situation would improve, but it did not.
The bathroom was another issue. The room had a jacuzzi-style bathtub, but there was no proper flexible shower arrangement, making it very difficult to shower without water spilling outside the tub.
What made the situation even more unpleasant was the attitude of the staff member who came to inspect the air conditioning. After leaving our room, my sister saw him outside apparently making negative remarks about us. He did not know that she was part of our group, so she was able to hear what was being said. This was extremely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable for simply raising a legitimate issue with our room.
We also noticed an unfriendly attitude from the same staff member later when we were downstairs preparing to leave with our rental car.
Hotels will sometimes have technical problems — that can happen. What matters is how staff handle those problems. Unfortunately, in our case, we felt that our concerns were not handled professionally or respectfully.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The room was uncomfortably hot, the bathroom was impractical, and the attitude of the staff made the situation even worse. Based on our experience, we would not recommend staying here.

Dated hotel in need of an upgrade !
We stayed for 2 nights and it was suitable for a stopover only. Rooms are very dated with a decent breakfest available. Staff seem more fixated on getting tips then actually looking after all guests.

For a hotel celebrating its 40th anniversary it was incredibly clean and well maintained. Only thing we found a slight inconvenience was the lack of air conditioning in the hotel room, this wouldn’t have been such an issue if the temperature outside hadn’t been reaching 38*. The reception staff were very helpful and the restaurant manager made our staying easier due to travelling with autism and food allergies, he made sure we had a table for dinner each night even though the restaurant had been fully booked. We would definitely return and recommend to our friends and family. There were gluten free options for breakfast which was included. The hotel was in a great area for taxis and buses to get around, also walking would usually be possible but the extreme temperatures made that quite difficult.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The location and facilities also met my expectations.
The only minor drawbacks were that the bathroom felt a bit outdated, and there was no iron in the room. For a 4-star hotel, I believe an iron should be available for guests.
Overall, a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.
