Worth returning to.

Excellent rooms, all suites, lots of space. Very clean. Very kind and helpful staff, beautiful pool… my American friend and I were very satisfied.

Terrible.

The staff is superficial and unwelcoming. The possibility of access to the swimming pool is not included in the Reservation, that is, we speak only of the payment of a surcharge of 10.00 euros but without reserving seats for those who book the hotel. All this is absolutely not specified. A terrible experience: we found ourselves on August 15th having to stay locked in the room! The pool had determined the choice of location; moreover, the photos on booking highlight the pool itself. A scam!

How beautiful the apartments are

Very spacious apartments with attention to the smallest details, kind staff, beautiful and spacious swimming pool (open to the public), very good fish-based restaurant with the option of a meat-based children's menu (our child ate schnitzel and chips )

Nice hotel. Average staff attention.

The hotel is located 6km outside of Viterbo. Is a nice place with 3 pools, restaurant and lot of place to relax and stay at the sun or under an umbrella.
You can go for the day. They offer diffrent type of access, only pool, pool and chair, pool chair and lunch or all inclusive day.
You also can stay at the hotel. Rooms are nice big and quiet. You can cook if you want but you need tonpay some extra. The dinner is all you can eat separated in antipasti, past and pizza and some grilled meat. Also the desserts. Beberages are not included.
Breakfast is ok, good coffe, some patiserie and juices.
The only regular thing is that the hotel is manages by the same 6 persons so sometimes you cant find nobody in the reception because is doing something else or the bar is unattended. If they have just a bit more of personel would be great. This not allows you have a great day/stay.
