Wishing you a wonderful stay again and again!
We have been guests at the aja hotels several times and always come back gladly – even the aja Bad Saarow (the third time) has pleased us very much overall. The rooms and public areas are in great condition and impeccably clean, which made our stay very pleasant. The team was friendly and attentive; you can feel the positive atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the wellness area – a true oasis of well-being and an important reason why we keep coming back. The sustainability efforts of the establishment are also clearly visible and commendable.
A small wish for our next stay: We found that the breakfast and dinner buffet this year were of slightly lower quality than during our last visit. With a few small improvements in the offerings and quality, the overall culinary experience could again match the high standard of the rest. Additionally, it would be nice if smoking were not allowed in the terrace area while dining – many guests currently smoke there, and it is unfortunately disruptive while eating.
All in all, we had a very nice time and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you very much to the team for the successful stay!

Again and again!
Great praise to the entire staff, all very friendly and accommodating; the rooms were sufficient, the food was very delicious and individual, we were completely satisfied.

Very nice staff
We spent 4 nights at the aja resort in Bad Sarrow.
The rooms are not very large but everything is modern and clean.
The bathroom with a glass pane to the living/bedroom can be screened with a curtain.
The rooms are cleaned every other day, we were knocked once and I said we'd be out in 5 minutes, but there was no housekeeping, even the next day.
We had booked half board, there was also coffee and cake in the afternoon. For breakfast you can have a fresh omelet prepared.
The breakfast and dinner buffet does not have the huge selection, but is perfectly adequate and very delicious.
The staff was very friendly throughout.
You can rent bicycles and stand up boards.
There is a large indoor pool and an outdoor pool, both heated. The large lawn invites you to relax.
For children there is a small playroom right next to a separate dining area for families, from here you have a good view of your child.
A negative point is the high cost of 12 euros per day for the parking. A parking space should be available free of charge by a hotel to its guests.
To the lake you walk about 10 minutes, here is a small beach with loungers and a jetty
We would book the hotel again.

Nice location, friendly hosts! Here you can switch off
Before I write a few sentences about the hotel, I would like to mention in advance the insane performance of the receptionist here. I travel for work in many hotels worldwide and even in well-known 5star accommodations I have rarely experienced such motivated and professional hosts as at Aja Bad Saarow. A receptionist who can remember not least all guests, but shows by friendliness and a natural way of a host. Any hotel would have to feel the need for this

But the rest of the hotel is also convincing. A nice wellness area, solid but clean rooms and the location of the hotel know how to convince.
Certainly a delicious buffet and good breakfast always goes a little more, but all in all

Had an accident there that the principal caused
No locker in the room but behind the reception immediately behind a heavy iron door. This was offered to me. When I wanted to take out something on the penultimate day of our trip and had just opened, the door was pushed open from the outside in. The lockers were right behind that door. My hand landed with jerk in the box of the locker I had already opened and was trapped. The polluter saw it, sped past in a hurry. Almost fainted from pain and made it outside with the help of an employee to sit down. As I sat I became very angry about so much carelessness because there was another way to get behind the reception when you know that behind the door are the lockers. Until then, I didn't know it was the director of the hotel. She probably ordered the employees to provide for me later. They did, too. She herself came sometime, then without introducing herself and said she was in a hurry and said sorry when she passed, she heard that I called her Tuschi and she was upset about that. The fact that I was barely sane from pain did not interest her. Until then, I didn't know who she was. Then much later when she came, sat down with me and I asked who or what position she had in the house, she explained to me she was the director. How can you behave like this to an elderly woman (80) who hurt HER by her carelessness. I felt no empathy from her side. She told me that she has known this problem for a long time and has also named it to the leadership but something has to happen before the management of the hotel gives it to a change. Was I the peasant victim? It was the last day of vacation we wanted to enjoy. We had to go to Berlin the next day and since I couldn't drive, my husband (85) drove until just before the highway, from there our daughter picked us up and drove us to Berlin. We have not received any compensation, nor had to pay in full the day of my accident, which happened due to the carelessness of the director. The suitcases were carried into the car because I asked for them. Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize that the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. You adore the director, must have had a reason I couldn't see, was just a guest.
