Spacious, modern and clean, but the kitchenette is not much.

Spacious, modern and clean (and clean bath towels every day). Well located, especially if you come by train; about 5 minutes walk from the station. Trams and metro are 3 to 5 minutes away and the Altstad is a fifteen-minute walk. However, a disappointment was the kitchenette, which was not much. No oven or microwave and no extractor hood. So baking meat in the evening means waking up in the morning to the smell of meat from the night before. Also few kitchen utensils (no oil, spatula or sturdy kitchen knife).

Not recommended

The place is furnished to the lowest standards and badly maintained. We experienced multiple issues, including loose handles of all living room windows, leaking shower tray, rotten door frames in the bathroom
Housekeeping is non-existing. We stayed 4 nights and were told there is housekeeping every 2nd day. In the evening of the 2nd day we received a message that they could not enter the apartment, since their key was broken. Drawers and utensils were partly dirty.

Place with issues! We were kicked out by the staff to ask for heating!!

We reserved two rooms at this place for 7 nights for seven people (including 3 small kids) and there were issues with the place from the first moment. To begin with, they told us at our arrival that the credit card was broken and we can and must ONLY pay in cash. After we entered, we realized that the heating was not working. We told them immediately (already in the evening and there was no one there in the building) and they said it would be solved tomorrow. We spent the first night in a freezing room. The next day, they said it was solved. Well, it broke down again!! So, we spent also our second night in a freezing room. Our kids were getting sick and they were ruining our holidays, so, we told them we couldn't trust this place anymore and wanted to leave. What did they do? Well... they said we kick you out first, and we won't pay back your money! They called the police to get the keys from us and told us to go to the court to get our money! I know it might sound unbelievable, but it is unfortunately true!
Oh, I forgot to say, the oven was also not working :) So, don't count on the kitchen as well.

should be absolutely avoided

I made a reservation at this apartment hotel to go to Wine Fair and they cancelled my reservation two times in a row. First reason was that they were fully booked. So a moment later I could see the availabilities and book it again. However, they cancelled my second reservation AGAIN with no explanation given whatsoever. The worse part is, I made the first reservation in March 2023 but they only realized recently that their place is overbooked (who believes?) and cancelled my reservation. Now what I have left as an option is either backpacker's place or a few apartments very far from the city center. All of this mess is only because, they want to put much higher prices for the rooms during the busy period like wine fair and cancel reservations made before they realized when the fair would take place.

Big clean apartment, excellent shower and great location

Stayed here for two nights in July.
The Deluxe apartment was really spacious, bright and really clean; it overlooked the main street but the noise from down there didn't come into the room. The shower was excellent and the bed really comfortable. The location is excellent and reachable by foot from the train station.
Due to the size of the apartment there was a lot of echo and at times I could hear downstairs a little too clearly.
The kitchen facilities are basic, there is no microwave for example but I believe you can request one. However, it was enough to make coffee and some coffee pods and milk were kindly provided.
My biggest issue was receiving the security code before arrival. Due to what I'm assuming was a mix up I arrived at the apartments and still did not have the access code for the building. After much trying I managed to get through where I was given the code. This did add a little to my stress levels.
However, I would stay here again if I was back in Dusseldorf.
