Great advertising, unfortunately much of it is not true!
The menu was in German, but it was very limited.
Communication in the restaurant could only take place in English.
The recommendations on the hotel website and the mention of the brewery at Eifeltor and the Italian restaurant Casa Ruscello next door were a total disappointment!
At the brewery, only pizza to go was available; the Italian restaurant was closed (rest days from Monday to Wednesday). Very unfortunate! After a bike tour with our friends through the Eifel National Park, we were very, very disappointed culinary-wise!!

Regrettably..., but we will not visit the hotel and the recommended restaurants on the hotel site again, what a pity!
The beautiful landscape is still worth seeing!!

Staff cannot speak German and some staff have an arrogant attitude

Very satisfied
Only a bit "get used to" were the individual rest days or the different breakfast start times/hot kitchen offers on different days of the week. Once I wanted to eat dinner there, because, as I said above, unfortunately closed day or at noon the possibility of the hot kitchen was only at 2 p.m.
But I think that is due to a shortage of staff - as you can unfortunately see everywhere now.
However, the breakfast was very good and sufficient.
Very well solved is the parking, which could be combined with the option of mobile in/out of the parking lot when booking a room directly at the ticket sales of the ship dock for 3.50€/day.
The hotel is very well located for Enterprise hiking/sightseeing in the area. The location is nice and quiet and the center is only about 5 minutes drive.
Conclusion: All in all, you can definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful place to come down!
Location on the lake is fantastic, the rooms are clean and cozy and the kitchen is very good!
Perfect for a short trip; even with the whole family!
