Good option in Cologne!

Although a little removed from the city's main attractions, this hotel is a good accommodation option because it offers breakfast, paid parking (16 euros), an electric car charger, Wi-Fi among other comforts, but I missed a mini-fridge in the room. There is a convenience store in the lobby. The staff was helpful and speaks English, which expedited the check-in. Room 401 was clean.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel advertises luggage storage, but when we arrived after check-out, we were told to use paid lockers instead. We paid €30 for three lockers, only to discover that two of them were already occupied and unusable. The hotel staff were unable to resolve the issue, did not offer an alternative solution, and did not even accept our luggage temporarily. As a result, we lost valuable time during the last hours of our trip waiting with our suitcases.
If you advertise a luggage storage service, it should actually be available and functional. Charging guests for a service that cannot be used, while providing no assistance, is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel based on this experience.

Everything was great, especially the customer service staff at the reception, who were very friendly and helpful. The only issue during our 5-day stay was that the hotel experienced internet problems, and we only had Wi-Fi access on the first and last days. As we are from the UK and had limited mobile data available, my children struggled to watch YouTube and stay entertained. Apart from the internet issue, everything else was excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Perfect for Carnival 2026

I came with a group of friends to attend the carnival of Cologne and this hotel was a great find. Far from the craziness and noise of the party at the city centre but in a nice, safe area, with good reach of public transport. Rooms are very good and modern, beds are very comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly and even breakfast, which we had one day, was delicious! Five stars!

The room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was in a good location for public transport - we easily got a metro into central Koln. We didn’t pay for breakfast as we felt it was expensive but there was a great cafe a short walk away.
