Disappointing
lousy, under the quality of what it was before. book because it had gone a few years ago, and the disappointment was total, they did not expect us. room are towels, no blanket for the bed small (to cold). We arrived late at night and it was closed, the doorbell didn't work, if I didn't knock on the door I was waiting all night, it costs nothing to fix the doorman. Hotel without maintenance, is falling apart. we arrived without food and not a sandwich could offer us, they had nothing, and all the Service stations were already closed to buy something....a disaster do not go apart is expensive. I do not know if they had changed owners, but nothing to do with what was before.-

Disappointing: far from what they promise
The place is completely out of maintenance. The photos in the post do not reflect the current state of the facility. During the day, they turn off the air conditioning in the rooms, which makes the heat unbearable. On the first night, six rooms, including ours, were not air-conditioned and did not even have fans to offer as a stopgap solution.
The grass is overgrown, the pool is broken and surrounded by ants, and there are not enough sun loungers or umbrellas for all guests. In addition, the facilities have plenty of moisture and peeling paint.
Cleanliness in general leaves a lot to be desired, you can see that the staff is not adequate. In my room, the bedcover had a spot that looked like chocolate or blood, I preferred not to look too closely. The spa, directly, a disaster, forget that option.
Despite this, I highlight the excellent staff, always friendly and predisposed, and the breakfast, which is very complete and varied. It is a shame that such good service is not accompanied by better maintenance of the place. Unfortunate.

Bad experience. Not worth what we pay
The hotel is very unkempt. There's moisture everywhere. The room smashed. The spa a mess; the yacuzzi you can only use half an hour in turn and everyone uses the same water. La.cints of running is wrong.
The most expensive room has a candlelight with white light the other yellow. The window on the outside doesn't lock. Etc. It lacks maintenance and a lot of affection to make it more pleasant. Bad taste

Hotel run down.
The good thing is that the guys are very friendly. The hotel is old, the spa is on the second floor, there is no staff there to assist you nor a phone number to request it, you have to bring your towel from the room and if it gets wet, it is obvious to request another one from the room, you don't even have a jug of water to drink neither in the gym nor in the spa, when in both the sauna and the hydro hydration is essential to replenish fluid, the Scottish shower is conspicuous by its absence, it is a completely common shower and they do not even shampoo or soap.
At night they turn off the air conditioning even though you ask them to turn it on again. In the bathroom with no exit to the outside, there is no one or it does not work because it does not have the key, the extractor, when I took a bath I had nowhere to put on my makeup or put on my glasses because the mirror was all fogged up, it also does not have a hair dryer.

Bad experience
It is a hotel that is on the way to the Argentine coast, on Route 41. We went twice in January 2023 and January 2024. The park is nice, to rest and with a nice pool. The rooms are very humid, my son had an allergy crisis that night..., there is a lack of maintenance throughout the hotel, we did not use breakfast because they served it very late and we had to continue our trip, they have a restaurant that only offers minutes. Covered garage in the basement. We had a bad experience with a food delivery that was recommended to us by the reception. The truth is that it is comfortable because it is in passing but we will not return
