Amazing..
We arrived & we parked outside as there's plenty of parking to be had. We booked in & the lady asked if we needed any help with bags, a young lad came & helped my hubby, showed us to our room....
It was lovely, clean & very well decorated.
We had booked a meal in the resturant at 6.30pm... It was Amazing, The best i've had in a long time. We booked for the following night too.... That Was More Amazing... The steak & prawns with garlic & herb butter..Mmmmmm.
The Breakfast was Brillant too...
I just want to say...Thank you to All the Team..
It really was OUTSTANDING..

Rushed and made to feel we were an inconvenience.
We were informed breakfast from 8 till 10.30 am.
When we arrived for breakfast at 10.56 we were told breakfast was finished and they were putting buffet away.
I informed the rushed waitress that tlit wasn't 10am yet . She spoke to chef. And returned again in a rush and asked to take our order immediately. No time to look at menu.
This is an extremely poor service. We were basically made to feel we were an inconvenient.
However they took our money for the very poor service they offered.
Would not recommend.

Good venue
Good location for access to the ring of Kerry and excellent accommodation if you choose to stay for B&B etc whilst touring the area.

I had just realised last week that I have been going there to Killorglin for business for the last 25 years and the best place to stay is the Bianconi.
Well, it has only become better over the years (no disrepect to Rick and Ray!!). The rooms are lovely (room 102 is my personal favourite) and the food is top notch. Perhaps some pierogi on the menu for starters?? :-). Staff are just the best and it says a lot for attention to detail and customer requirements when you come into the restaurant and a pint rolls up at your table. No words required!!
Thanks again for a lovely stay; hopefully my client will break something soon so that we can swing by again...
