A HOME AWAY FROM HOME
A very nicely maintained hotel, the best in town. Been staying in the hotel since February 2026 till now and would continue till end of August 2026. In a way. It is a “Home away from Home”.
Was a pleasure interacting with a very positive Mr RAJ KUMAR who leads the team very efficiently and does not have the word “NO” in his vocabulary.
Check-in was a breeze with the efficient and ever smiling SAKSHI at the front desk.
The rooms are well laid out and hygienic and clean environment led by RAJA and very ably supported by the diligent and sincere and courteous POOJA. The other “not seen” back end and support staff like the hotel car drivers. Security staff, laundry, bellboys etc are very courteous and motivated to do their respective jobs with pride.
Restaurant and Citrus Cafe are very welcoming and MANOJ (F&B) with his pleasant personality seems to be always there to lend his ear for absorbing suggestions. Chef SRIJAN has great culinary skills and his grilled fish with mashed potatoes on the side was the best that I have ever had and many more.
The service staff were most courteous and ever willing to ensure the best service. PRADEEP, ANKIT, SHALINI, ROHIT. JAYA and the very energetic and enthusiastic RADHA are the stars in the restaurant… always smiling, happy and always ready with super suggestions.
After the Jhansi Fort, Lemontree should be the next stop for visitors to Jhansi and the second must visit site.
You have set very high standards Lemontree and now is the hard part… to not just maintain these standards but to improve upon the ones that you have set.
