Avoid Downtown at all cost.
GM, some Singh not available to resolve the issue.
Spoke to MD as well, but no response.
Not at all recommended, avoid at all cost.

Bad and horrible
For the first time, I lost some of my personal belongings during my stay. What was even more upsetting was the response from the hotel staff and management. Their attitude made it seem as though the loss of a guest's personal items was not a matter of concern.
I was also disappointed by the behavior of a restaurant staff member, Shivam, who was quite rude and unhelpful. Additionally, when I went for breakfast, I was informed that I was late and would not be served. My request to have breakfast sent to my room was also denied, which was frustrating and unexpected.
The overall service standards seem to have declined significantly compared to my previous experiences. This stay was far below the level of hospitality I had come to expect from this hotel.
Sadly, because of this experience, I do not plan to return in the future. I will also be recommending other hotels to friends and family instead. This was not the experience I expected from a hotel I once trusted and enjoyed staying at.
