Excellent Staff, Service and Experience

I stayed for short period as we had connecting train but I found the staff especially owner Aditya vey cooperative natured person.The rooms were very clean and up to date providing congenial environment.I highly recommend it for peaceful stay in Lucknow.

Average hotel with a rude staff

The hotel is located in Gomti Nagar. This is an average hotel.
The pros: the hotel is located in one of the posh localities in Lucknow.
The cons: the staff is rude and is uncooperative, duvets are of poor quality, crockery is of cheap quality.

An average and poor lighted area.

We have booked via email and phone and to our surprise after 10 hours of drive from delhi there was no room available.the manager at the reception offered us another room which was still under construction and unclean.the hotel is at very low lighted area and the approach to hotel is difficult as one need a sharp turn from the flyover or otherwise drive on the wrong side to reach.

Bad Experience

We reached this hotel after 10 hours of riding and found out that the manager FORGOT to book our rooms. He gave us an option to take the extra room he had but we refused because the room was not at all good. He had no connection with other hotels in the area where he can book us so we had to do a hotel search again.
This is not a proper hotel and first sight of it gives an impression of a hostel. The office area on the ground floor is actually a computer training centre, no proper reception or staff. I don't understand how it got the ratings.

Way off the Beaten Path!

I am not sure how this place ended up with good review for location as it is miles and miles from where any tourist would want to be. We took a taxi from the airport but then ended up booking hotel somewhere else bc it was just too far. 5- stars for the manager though. He was very understanding and helpful to us.
