Experience

Booked by tour operator. Had not checked review before. Small hotel but stains on toilet seat. Looks like they have not cleaned the toilet for ages. Rooms also did not look clean bed sheets dirty . Toilets looked unhygienic- maintenance not done properly
Although we had paid MP holidays one month back they had not received payment

Cool winter vacational trip

We booked two rooms in the hotel on telephone. on arriving, we found one of the rooms are dirty and unhiegenic and told them to allocate another one. The other one too was of same condition, bedsheets, pillow covers were dirty too. Replacement not provided. No blankets or towels were provided. AC was not working even when we booked AC rooms, The hotel staff was untrained and scanty. Food quality is not upto mark, we even had to wait to place order for an hour and half after. No room service as intercom was not working. Hot water not available and had to tell the manager to turn on , in person. Hotel is clearly Overpriced and doesnt qualify for even 1 star. Customer service is at badest. Parking space is OK. Location is also good.

Rats, leaking toilets and no service

Do not go to this appalling hotel
1 i arrived; somehow i had lost the 2 bottles of water i had been carrying on the train. The receptionist could not supply me with water. I went to bed having not had any water for about 3 hours
2 No soap in room
3 no towels in room
4 when the toilet flushed water flowed onto the floor. The reception seemed thoroughly unconcerned but this lack of hygiene.I was eventually moved to another room where the toilet functioned. But then i was not provided with any toilet paper despite the housemaid being sent in to prepare it
5 there is a rat on the premises. I was basically told this is country life and nothing you can do about it. Maybe true but hardly added to the ambience
6 no wi fi. Now this would not be so bad except that the only way you could get signal on your phone was to go and stand our near the street and even then it was pretty dodgy. Now they cant be blamed for a blind spot. But f you have such a thing i would have thought wi fi was essential
7 There are no hot showers
8 the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered from the menu fried eggs on toast. I was given a egg sandwich this is my third trip to India. I have never had anyone make that mistake before.
I accept that this is a rural area. But by the time the breakfast was stuffed up i had decided that this place is a dive and left. I went to the far superior Getaway resort just down the road

Unprofessional

Booked through goibibo at a discounted price. Owner refused to give check in after disclosing price.. citing that he has not received any booking from goibibo. Owner didnot respond to goibibo calls and finally we had to shift to another hotel after wasting one and half hour.
completely unhelpful, greedy and unprofessional staff. DO NOT GO THERE EVEN IF THEY OFFER IT TO YOU FOR FREE.

Not much of a choice to stay in Sanchi

The room is not worth the money you paid. Bedding facitity and bath room are poor and need to improve. The cleanliness of the bed room also need to be improved. Service boys are enthusiastic but the managment seems ignorance. I think the food at this hotel is very pricy compare to the proportion and quality.
