VERY DISGUSTING HOTEL EXPERIENCE

VERY DISGUSTING HOTEL EXPERIENCE. No car parking was available. I had to park my car side of the road. The check-in was denied for a strange reason that a friend is not allowed to stay with a married couple. The rooms were unclean. The sheets for the bed were worn out and felt very low grade. The toilet was weirdly constructed and was dirty. We had to struggle for almost 90 mins to get hot water for a bath the next morning. Even then only there was no hot water left for 3 bath. The overall cleanliness in the hotel was pathetic. Spit marks and dirty corner were visible. The hotel boys were unhygienic and were stinking as if they have never taken a recent bath.

Budget hotel.. An OK place

This budget hotel is located 2 kms away from Solapur Railway Station, at Gold Finch Peth near Datta Chowk.
This is ground plus 3 storied structure with a roof top open air restaurant. It's quite popular with working professionals who frequent the city for work due to their pocket-friendly rates. Most Sales professionals are given fixed allowances & have to fit all expenses within the limit assigned hence Hotels like Ritesh become popular & favourites.
They have a 24 hour check in system & rooms are easily available. I checked in at 5.30 am & was assigned a room in 10 minutes.
The room (Non AC Deluxe Room) was spacious & clean with 2 beds. It had a wall mounted cupboard, a long table to place your bags and a set of table & 2 chairs. It also had a TV set with a set top box connection, which however was not functioning the day I stayed as the connection wasn't renewed.
The bathroom was rectangular in shape but there is scope for keeping it more clean. The WC in particular was stained & needed a proper scrub or replaced (a better option)
I had difficulty in getting hot water from the tap as well inspite of waiting for 15 minutes. I had to do with lukewarm water on a cold morning.
The room service was good in the morning but very slow in the evening when I had asked for a cup of tea & bottle of water.
They accept payment in Cash & Card as well. I was charged Rs.650 all inclusive for the room; they levy GST if your room tariff is more than Rs.1000 per day / night.
All in all, Hotel Ritesh is an ok-ok place to stay at. If you are constrained on the budget front, then this is a good option.

Worst hotel to stay..horrible experience.

Arrogant servant stamped shoe print on bedsheet when asked for extra bed for 3rd person. No blanket or extra chaddar available in hotel for extra bed. When we asked to change bedsheet, arrogant servant said he can swap it's side but will not change bedsheet on which he purposely stamped shoe print.

Terrible

Room quality:1/10
Hygiene: 1/10
Staff behaviour:1/10
No proper lift and got struck.
Rooms booked are not give and gave different one for charging more.
Charged extra, saying taxes.
Not provided receipt of the payment, saying some technical issue.
Bed sheets are not provided saying, laundry is getting delayed.
Hot water availability is also poor.
It took out lot of frustration for me in this stay.
Overall BIG NO!
Please stay away from this junk hotel.

Very poor

The hotel has very shabby rooms and even ugly and dirtier bathrooms!
They hadn't even cleaned it properly after the last guests of the room had left!
Also the bathroom window has most of the panes missing, entirely defeating the purpose of the glass fitting in a bathroom.
The helpful staff makes up for it though.
They helped me change rooms on request for the above mentioned problems even at 11 in the night.
They have a fair rooftop restaurant which is average.
The location is a plus point which is centrally located in Solapur and a 10 minute rickshaw ride away from the railway station.
Also since its central location you can step out for a quick bite.
The hotel does not accept cards in payment. They have an ICICI bank ATM in the premises to solve that problem.
