هذا الفندق بكل صراحة ممتاز جدا كان لي الشرف في سنة 2012 كنت لي اقامة فيه مع تعاونية مزقان للحرف التقليدية لمدينة الجديدة المملكة المغربية في اطار تبادل ثقافي بمناسبة 8 مارس 2012 وكانت اقامة ممتازة جدا من حيث الاستقبال و نظافة الفندق الخ....)..

Hotel Horrible

I booked a room via official hotel website, they confirmed the reservation by Ok and by phone, then it was the nightmare, when I came with the luggage, they surprised me by a decision that surprised me (the hotel is full), despite my confirmed reservation, it was an experience with bad memories

Catastrophe

Hotel bien situé. Acceuil désagréable. Personnel glacial. Petit dej juste juste. Chambre les photos sont bcp plus parlantes que moi. Le pire que la femme de ménage avait un RDV avec le médecin et ils nous ont demandé de quitté la chambre plus tôt (11h) déjà remise en ordre lors de notre absence.

Horriblement horrible

À éviter , l’hôtel et la propreté font -1 , mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, salle de douche sale, tête de lit marron à cause des couches de saleté collé dessus, personnel désagréable, à l’hôtel, en sortant de l’hôtel obligation de laisser la carte d’accès a la chambre à la réception, on vous confisque vos pièces d’identité (pour mon cas et celui-ci de mon ami passeport ) sans possibilité de réclamation, on vous confisque les clefs de votre véhicule comme quoi le parking n’est pas assez large et qu’ils doivent avoir la clef du véhicule pour le déplacer à leurs guise, en refusant ils m’ont ordonner de le sortir de l’hôtel et de le garer à la rue, on vous interdit même de vivre votre liberté : interdiction formelle de ramener une bouteille de vin ne serait ce que de la garder en souvenir , c’est écrit en grande lettre sur la porte ( interdiction de ramener de l’alcool ou de rentrer à l’hôtel en état d’ébriété, cerise sur le gâteau le Check-in Check-out ce fait selon leurs vision à eux et pas selon la norme: explication, le jour du départ on est sorti de l’hôtel à environs 8 heures pour faire qlq courses en sachant que nous avons jusqu’à midi pour faire notre check-out, en rentrant à 10h30 après avoir fait qlq courses le réceptionniste nous informe que la chambre a été d’ors et déjà faite par la femme de chambre et qu’on ne doit plus toucher à rien, juste récupérer nos bagages et partir, en essayant de lui faire comprendre que ce n’est pas sérieux, rien n’est fait, il ne voulais rien entendre , en montant à la chambre récupéré nos affaires la femme de chambre et venue en personne nous rappeler à l’ordre : l’ordre de cet hôtel la!!!!!
Bref un conseil du fond du coeur pour qlq euros de plus choisissez mieux que ces arnaquées.

Très bien situé

Tout est parfait de la chambre à la réception, hôtel très confortable, très bon qualité prix. Je reviendrai très certainement en famille ou bien pour affaires. Je recommande vivement cette adresse parfaite.
