Beautiful
We stayed for a few nights here. An amazing place to stay - lovely and friendly staff, great facilities and our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and fields. Really tasty coffee, we didn’t eat here unfortunately so I can’t comment on the food. The spa facilities are great - pool and hot tub we used every night, and the back massager unit is amazing. There are a couple of nearby cats who popped in.

A big disappointment
We have been to this hotel several times and were always very satisfied. This time, however, we are really disappointed with how regulars are treated here.
My friend had her 70th birthday on the day of arrival.
I had specifically asked for a quiet room on a higher floor. This was also confirmed to us by email.
However, we received exactly the opposite: the loudest room right at the hotel entrance.
Thank you for this "great gift"!

We arrived on Friday afternoon, were looking forward to a very nice weekend and then we were allowed to wait 10 min at the rezi for the lady of the house, who sat in the garden, watched us arrive and wanted to be brought in personally to register. The registration was very close, we had a free drink with us in the booking, we were informed that we may take a drink worth 3 euros from the fridge of the self-service, drinks that cost 4 euros or more we have to pay extra,... then she left us standing , she had to use the toilet...
The room was on the level of the 80s , unfortunately not cleaned since, bathroom was new, shower without door and very small, toilet too close to the wall , you can only sit on it obliquely.
Unfortunately the TV did not go... the sauna is new and very nice. The swimming pool is very small and completely chlorinated, the whole hotel smells of it. Unfortunately, the hotel is not declared as Garni, you unfortunately do not get a dinner, you have to make your way to the town again.
Breakfast is good, varied, regional and fresh. The TV I noted with the request to fix this.... 10hours later we were back, and now it got exciting, the TV still didn't go, there had been no room service ... we then went to Rezi and asked, the room service we should have actively applied for , ok so we had wet towels ... well .. the TV was another topic, the explanation was Friday was a holiday, Saturday she has 120 guests in the house, sometimes wobbled on the cables but otherwise she could do nothing, a 3 star hotel should have 2-3 reserve appliances. On my question if then what is done on the price the True Face came out, I was bluffed that we have booked through Travelzoo, anyway already pay 50% less and she thinks it is an outrage then still to make demands. She suggested to me that I could write a negative review,... I like to do that.. I let them rage , went, then was kicked down with the sentence... if I need a TV I should think about my life because a lot would go wrong ... I'm very sorry but this is not customer friendly, guest oriented and if you offer your hotel on other platforms then the service should still be complete and you should not treat these guests as guests of category 3-5.

Bad rooms, Bad service, boss.....well....

Amazing scenery and staff
We could not recommend this hotel enough, it was a last minute decision to go and we wish we had planned to stay a week! The staff we friendly and warm even though our Australian accent can be hard to understand. Great view of the alps and being animal lovers we could watch and the haflingers from our room. Breakfast was great too, waited on incredibly well and the occasionally horse neigh of in the distance was the perfect touch. Thanks! Will definitely be back

Personal sehr gastfreundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück ebenfalls volle Punktzahl. Inhaber geben sich sehr viel Mühe und betreiben mit Herzblut ihr Hotel.
Mit Sicherheit war dies nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung.
