All in all, simply very very good.
The room was very nice, the bed comfortable, and above all, it was really very very clean.
The breakfast is also super good. The coffee is very tasty and the selection of food is high quality and lovingly arranged. The cake in the morning is simply wonderful.
Scrambled eggs and fried eggs were prepared fresh upon request.
The fruit was also very delicious.
In the wonderful atmosphere of the rose garden, the entire breakfast was simply dreamy.
But what I particularly want to highlight are the wonderful people in the hotel. The owners are simply very very very great hosts. So attentive and friendly.
They provided us with excellent advice on the silver card and took care of the entire procurement.
Every day, they asked us if we were doing well and if they could help us.
They gave us tips about the excursion destinations like the Wolfsklamm. The trip was really worth it at over 30 degrees.
You can tell how much passion they put into their hotel and their guests.
Also, the staff, like the maids, the ladies at the reception, and the servers at breakfast, were all exceptionally nice.
We would and will always recommend this hotel and check in there again ourselves.

A 4-star hotel? I don't think so!
- very clean and tidy rooms
- good breakfast buffet
- Arrival also possible after reception by key safe
Cons:
- No refrigerator in the room that costs over 200,-€ per night (I am diabetic and must necessarily cool my insulin overnight)
- No card payment possible with Amex Platinum although this card was deposited at the time of booking!
(I have to spend at least €150,000 a year to get this card. One of the reasons I like to stay in houses with at least 4 stars. On request, however, I felt like a second-class guest because I wanted to pay with Amex. So you don't tap into this clientele but rather scare away solvent customers)
