by and large the days were very nice...:-)
Pros:
Staff was supii dedicated and helped with small problems gladly and very well...
Breakfast was always relatively mega...
Downtown, shops, activities were within walking distance very easy to reach...our car stopped all days :-)
Cons:
what was missing: there was no official outlet free for possibly charging for mobile phone or laptop in the living area free:-(
Rooms were not checked for 3 nights, so cleaned...

Loved this Property...Small, Charming with very Friendly helpful employees..
We came across this lovely hotel by chance as we moved from a previous accommodation due to issues with a lack of heating, and having two elderly people in our group in their 90,s who very much feel the cold, we required somewhere with the ability to manually control the heating system in the rooms.
When we arrived to enquire and explained our situation the young lady at the reception, Karolina I believe her name was, could not have been more helpful or understanding.
She immediately showed us a selection of rooms and turned up all the heating to show us its efficiency and if it would be satisfactory. She also said that free standing heaters were available should we need them.
We booked four rooms for two nights and an additional room for one night for family members that were joining us.
Rooms were quaint with character, simply furnished but clean, likewise with the bathroom. Excellent water pressure and hot water in the shower.
Complimentary Wi-Fi was available throughout the property which was a bonus as we had not expected this.
There was a communal seating area on the staircase landing with lovely views over the road towards the mountains with a large television, some books and games for children and very thoughtfully a kettle.
This area proved perfect for our group to sit and talk, and an alternative to staying in a room for those that that did not wish to go outside.
The restaurant serves Thai food plus other menu items. We ate a Thai selection one night and have no complaints about the quality, quantity or service.
Breakfast was also a perfectly acceptable selection and with the option of hot food if requested.
There is a surprisingly lovely Spa area downstairs with a small jacuzzi, sauna and a lovely calming resting area overlooking a stream. It seemed that the doors can be opened in warmer weather.
We could have quite happily stayed a few additional days and just relaxed, however other commitments dictated that we returned to Wroclaw.
There was also a small room downstairs that was equipped for conferences or meetings.
There is no lift in the Hotel.
We found this Hotel absolutely charming and commend the staff for their warm welcome and service.

Outstanding family run hotel
My polish friend found this gem for me and established that it was a family run hotel. The staff only speak German and Polish e.g. No English. Without her help we would not be staying here as we would not have been able to communicate. It is a well maintained hotel finished to a high standard with a beautiful spa.
The bedroom layout for families is the best I have ever seen not even matched by most five star hotels. See room tip below. The breakfast is adequate and healthy; lots of whole fruit, hams, cheese, yogurt, orange juice and breads. Initially we did not eat our evening meal in the hotel as we mistakenly thought there was no menu in English. We had an excellent good value meal; chips and chicken nuggets and milk shakes for kids and Thai food for us. We stayed five nights and on day two we were handed a hand written note in English inviting us to use the spa compliments of the hotel. The spa is really beautiful with all you would expect in a spa in Karpacz but more- the location: facing onto a mountain stream with the natural sounds of the running water and shaded under tall trees. This spa provides an outstanding sensory experience.
Room 8 is excellent for families. It has one bathroom with shower and two bedrooms; one with double bed and balcony, the second bedroom has twin beds. Exceptional for families
Hopefully this hotel will update their website to include an English translation as I'm sure even more visitors will come!

Personal hotel with enthusiastic treatment and staf
We really enjoied this hotel, beautifully situated close to trails and forests. Yet it is not far away to the village. The hotel is well kept and includes a very lavish spa departement. We could easaly transform the brekfast to a packed brekfast for our morningtrail.
