Best hotel with the best staff in Shkup. Special thanks to everyone in the reception team. I don’t have everyones name unfortunately but we had last minute requitements and Ina at the reception arranged and fixed everything for us even though it was late at night. The guy who picked us up and transferred us to the airport was amazing as well. We never felt like we were in a foreign country because of how warm, accomodating, respectful and hospitable every one was. The breakfast is delicious with loads of options to choose from. Everything is super super clean and the rooms are spacious. Overall, location, hygiene, facility and especially the staff make this place a 10/10. Would not think of staying anywhere else.

This is a 3.5 star hotel at best. Don’t trust reviews of this hotel on Booking.com as they make them up
We stayed in this hotel recently and they actually posted a fake review in my name because rhey obviously didn't like what I had to say. I gave an honest, appropriate review and complimented some of their staff, but our overall experience was substandard for a 5 star hotel, especially room cleaning and the poor state of some of the facilities for which I provoded photos. I booked through Booking.com who 'commiserated' but were of no help, notwithstanding I had been a customer of theirs for many years.

Lovely staff. Great massage at the spa. But the jacuzzi and sauna were both quite cold.
Breakfast was very disappointing.

5 stars?? What was it given for?... I can't say it's bad, but it's definitely not a 5-star rating.
Located in a wonderful spot in Skopje, Macedonia, right in what's called the "old city," this is probably the oldest hotel in Macedonia. Right next to it are historical mosques and similar structures dating back to the Ottoman period. The location is beautiful, but we couldn't understand why it was a 5-star hotel. The hotel room and equipment were very old; the room was spacious and airy, but there was definitely some broken equipment inside (the bathroom door lock in our room was broken). The service is very inadequate; you don't even feel like you're in a 3-star city hotel. Their breakfast selection is very limited, but the ingredients are high quality. My wife really liked the menemen (Turkish scrambled eggs), and the "kifla" (I'm not sure if I spelled that correctly) they make for breakfast is delicious. Skopje is very close to the main square on foot. In short, we didn't have a terrible experience, but we didn't understand what the 5-star rating entailed and why we were paying such a high price compared to some other hotels. It's very close to the old market, but don't eat or drink there if you're staying here. The shopkeepers are terrible (in the old market), rip-offs...

Great Hotel with Excellent Service
I recently booked 11 rooms for 5 nights at Bushi Resort & SPA for our group tour, and from the very beginning of the booking process with Hotel Manager Mrs Bahar, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, care, and attention given to our party.
The hotel is excellently located, the facilities were very good, and the staff throughout the hotel were attentive and welcoming at all times. Whenever assistance was needed, the team responded promptly and professionally. The breakfast and restaurant staff were brilliant, as were the reception and housekeeping teams, all of whom contributed towards making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Managing a large group is never easy, but Bushi Hotel & Resort handled everything with great care and efficiency.
Well done to the entire team at Bushi Hotel & Resort for providing our group with truly first-class service. We look forward to visiting again in the future.
