Location close to the airport - good for one night before taking off to your places of interest the following day.

This is a somewhat discreetly located facility, a 3-minute drive from the airport, with somewhat unusual architecture. Recommended for those who arrived in Sarajevo w/out any lodging plans or reservations. Surprisingly, the staff at the desk speak good English. I'm saying this because in B&H, in non-corporate places like this one, one should not expect flawless communication. The hotel was nearly empty, with only a few people checked in. (This was in March of 2025). Their elevator is attractive, although reaching it from the yard was a bit awkward. The room and bathroom looked immaculate, with large insulated panels blocking out the traffic down the street. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was served by a guy who was also the cook! He barely spoke English and handed us a menu with a dated design, reminiscent of a Denny's menu from the 1980s. Otherwise there were no issues with the food; the coffee was also of good quality. Their underground garage is a big plus, although when exiting it one must be paying extra attention, due to the ongoing street traffic.

Fantastic, any recommendation

Excellent hotel, clean, tidy, staff for 10. Warm, spacious rooms. We felt at home. They met our every request. All smiling and friendly. Parking in the hotel grounds. See you again.

Seka Preston

Stayed one night In hotel Elegance, iIldza Sarajevo. I stayed there because my flight from Sarajevo airport was at 6am. Hotel is not really clean. Bed is old and not comfortable at all. The receptionist was nice. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Very welcoming and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our holiday really special. We were recommended places to visit and were booked cars and drivers to visit amazing places. We really appreciated the efforts by staff, especially Adalisa, to make us feel at home and comfortable. We travel regularly and this is the best treatment we've ever received from Hotel staff. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Sarajevo.

it was a very pleasant stay!

the hotel is cosy and the staff are very friendly.. it is very clean and comfy .. the breakfast place is nice and i like the beautiful atmosphere... we really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it .. the location is perfect ( 5 minutes walk to the centre) but there is one little thing is that the housekeeping service needs some improvements ..
