Relax.
The rooms and common areas are comfortable and well-maintained. One of the aspects I liked the most was the tranquility that is felt in the hotel; it is a serene environment, without excessive noise, ideal for resting and sharing with family.
I want to especially highlight the pool area. I found it excellent that they have staff in charge of activities for the children. My daughter enjoyed the organized activities very much, and it was also a great detail that they have floats and other recreational items for the little ones.
The breakfast is delicious, with a good variety of options and products of excellent quality.
As a suggestion for improvement, I believe that the Toretto Pizza restaurant could review the preparation of its pizzas.
Furthermore, I want to congratulate the hotel for the quality of the service received and for the attention provided during our stay. Without a doubt, it was a positive experience.

Experience of improving compared to what is expected in a hotel (prime)
From the beginning, the rooms show a noticeable deterioration: antique furniture, lack of maintenance and, most critically, a completely obsolete air conditioning system. In a warm climate destination, this is not a minor detail, but an essential aspect for the comfort of the guest, and unfortunately does not comply.
In addition, one of the services they promote — heated pool — does not correspond to reality. Throughout my stay, the pool remained excessively cold, which prevented its use and clearly contradicts the offer of the hotel.
I believe that there is a significant gap between what is advertised and what is actually offered. A hotel in this category should guarantee basic standards of quality, maintenance and veracity in its services.
I hope this review will help other travelers make informed decisions and that the hotel will take concrete actions to improve the experience of its guests.

Queremos informarle que, durante su estadía, se presentó un imprevisto puntual que afectó su funcionamiento habitual. Actualmente, este tema se encuentra en proceso de solución con nuestro equipo técnico, con el objetivo de restablecer completamente las condiciones óptimas de confort en el menor tiempo posible y así ofrecer las condiciones óptimas en los niveles de temperatura que han podido ser disfrutadas siempre por todos quienes nos visitan a través de tantos años de servicio.
