Great holiday, in a super great hotel

Everything worked great when booking. The staff write back super fast and helpful. There is a large parking lot on site. All staff super nice, friendly and helpful!! The room, Mega nice, cozy and with great views. Everything very clean. Wellness area lovingly decorated and also here everything clean. Food insanely delicious and here again all staff super effort, very friendly and always there without being intrusive. At lunchtime we have cakes, homemade and incredibly delicious . All in all 5 stars !! Thanks for the great stay!!

We will definitely be back!!

We spent a very pleasant six-day holiday in this beautiful hotel with a spa of respect and every comfort, with panoramic heated saltwater pool, as well as relaxation rooms, hydromassage pool, saunas (one with panoramic views), Turkish bath.
But the real surprise is the kitchen. We had the formula with half board and as a result we could enjoy at dinner the delicious and original dishes cooked with raw materials of excellent quality and refinement without ever neglecting the utmost care in the presentation of the dishes. A special note also goes to the delicious pizza that you can order as a main course.
Breakfast is also very good, full of everything.
A special note also for the kind, helpful and professional waitresses always attentive, scrupulous and smiling.
We will definitely be back .. maybe in summer!!

Hotel top

Hotel in a panoramic position, modern and spotless. Friendly staff, helpful and always smiling. Mrs. Barbara of the reception very prepared and nice. Both breakfast, snack and dinner serve very good dishes and beautiful aesthetically. The spa is modern, clean and with a panoramic pool nothing short of exceptional. Spacious wooden room... Very careful about organic and avoid food waste. The only environment that should be a bit "old", in my opinion is that of the bar-pizzeria.... Also, it would be more appropriate to guarantee in the price at least one bottle of water at the table for dinner ... From the hotel depart numerous trails more and less challenging and nen reported.We spent a beautiful holiday and would recommend it with my eyes closed!

We went for lunch as we was not able to ski due to the bad weather. Then a friend recommend this place and we just went

Good location , a beautiful village and a beautiful hotel and Pizzeria. We went for lunch a group of 27 persons and the food and service was excelent. Superb pizzas

Horrible Service

They left me without food twice as I’ve arrived at 2.10pm when the kitchen restaurant closes at 2pm. Zero flexibility and zero manners.

da Sie uns ja bereits vor Ort mit einer Bewertung gedroht haben, möchten wir nun kurz Stellung nehmen.
Für uns haben all jene Menschen keine Manieren, welche Lügen verbreiten. Die angegebene Uhrzeit Ihrerseits entspricht nicht der Wahrheit, ebenso haben Sie nicht erwähnt, dass unsere Bedienung Alternativen angeboten hatte. Zudem möchte ich hier noch eine Tatsache zum Nachdenken bemerken: Sie schreiben, dass wir Ihnen 2-mal kein Essen angeboten hätten. Eigentlich sollten Ihnen beim zweiten Mal die Essenszeiten bereits bekannt gewesen sein.
Da Sie ja in einer größeren Gruppe reisten, bedauere ich sehr, dass Sie uns auch als unflexibel bezeichnen. Das Frühstück wurde auf Wunsch bereits um 6.00 Uhr morgens serviert uns abends servierten wir das Menu auch zu späterer Stunde- dies haben wir sehr gerne gemacht, und die Dankbarkeit der anderen Gäste schätzen wir sehr.
