Splendid hotel

It is located in the “Old Town” a “stone's throw” from the Astronomical Clock Tower Square (the most famous square in Prague). At the corner there is an entrance to access the restaurant and the shows; the main entrance is located in the middle of the street, very minimal, not scenographic. Upon arrival you are offered, by a very kind concierge, a glass of prosecco. “China red” walls, soft light everywhere (in the corridors leading to the rooms a little more light wouldn't hurt). Beautiful rooms, stylish decor, electric curtains, super mini bar with an alcohol and soft drink section. Complimentary bottle of water. Large bathroom with shower and tub. Separate toilet. On the large television you can access any platform, a section reserved for Buddha Bar music that envelops you while you sink into the soft pillows. The room is lit from multiple points and therefore there are several switches… sometimes it is a bit difficult to find the right switch… but this is a trifle… air conditioning, free Wi-Fi. You sleep divinely. Excellent breakfast, you are given a menu where there is a free section and a paid section. Very kind staff. A girl is asked: "excuse me, where is the cold milk?" answer: "I don't know" ... it made me laugh ... very sweet, she came back with the milk ... At check out they realized they had charged me twice for the room ... immediately refunded ... I found no flaws for this property. Excellent. Recommended.

Service was excellent, the rooms are amazing, Dinner at the hotel was spectacular. Really made my entire experience enjoyable.

They were welcoming clean room very soft bed and soft pillows asked for harder pillows have us 2 extra pillows breakfast was nice and staff we good would use again but prob not the price we payed

Just wow - I booked the hotel for it's look and fitting in to a birthday theme of dragons but what we got was an exceptional experience where nothing was too much for our family . I want to thank all the staff for making this birthday treat unforgettable!

Location is amazing, walkable to place you need to see in Prague. Service was great. Rooms are so cool. Definitely will consider it again for the future.
