We had a fabulous stay at Villa Miki, the hotel has all the amenities you need and is spotlessly clean! Mirjam was so attentive and helpful, a special thank you for our wine and gift! Mirjam could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast selection was great and the pool was a wonderful place to relax. The room is equipped with toiletries and a hairdryer which was very useful.

This is a very sweet boutique hotel--immaculately clean and brand new. the breakfast was amazing! we stayed a week and had different options every morning--all were delicious! However, it is located right beside a church which has bells ringing for 4 minutes every morning at 6 am!!!!!! early wake up call. it's also directly on the main road, so not at all quiet. you had to walk a bit to cross the road and get to the beach, but the beach walk is wonderful and has many incredible restaurants with amazing ocean views/sunsets. the staff was amazing--very helpful in planning our day trips.

On A Par With The Blue Lagoon Cave
EXCELLENT hotel -- the photos on TripAdvisor are doing the accom dirty, I would recommend checking out their official website for more accurate photos and photos of the rooms.
What do I like about the hotel?
- Clean and NICELY furnished rooms. Very spacious
- The small scale of the hotel allows the staff to serve each guest very well. All the staff I've seen are lovely too
- HIGH QUALITY, complimentary breakfast. While the scale is incomparable to a huge hotel chain, there is enough variety (and it caters to my vegetarian friend quite well) and some dishes are of really high quality, e.g. the bread with tomato/onion/garlic and vinegar was DELICIOUS. Additionally, there are a few Croatian dishes that improves the experience
- WONDERFUL SERVICE: like I am so serious about this -- I asked for laundry and they gave me free laundry for free; when they know my friend and I are leaving very early on the last day, they made us cookies and offered to make sandwiches for us so we can have breakfast on our way to the airport
- EXCURSIONS: gave helpful advice on boat trips to Hvar and the Blue Lagoon Cave. Very fun.
- Convenient location -- located in Podstrana, which is somewhat close to Split (around 30 mins bus) and it is close to Omis.
A few small things about the hotel (but it does not stop me from giving it a 5-star review):
1. The shower is on the same level as the area with toilets/sinks so the bathroom floor gets wet relatively easily;
2. The pool is relatively mid in the sense that it is kinda small and cold (but fear not cuz there are many beaches nearby). The jacuzzi is kinda cool
Once again, excellent hotel. WILL RETURN

10/10! We are family of 5 (3 teenagers), and stayed in the luxury apt which was fantastic and perfect for our needs. This apt was beautiful, so clean, comfortable and spacious. It was immaculate and included every amenity you could possible need. It was exactly as seen in the pictures online. Miriam was amazing and very helpful. She gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat in Podstrana and in Split, as well as suggestions on what to see and do during our stay. She helped us book transportation into Split on the days we did not want to drive and have to find parking. She even packed us a to-go lunch on the day we left before breakfast was served. This property was directly across the road from the beach with a wonderful view and about 1/2 a block from the public beach access. It has a pool literally steps from the door with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. This apt is about 15 miles away from the center of Split. This would not be a good fit for people looking to stay in Split or walkable to the palace and surrounding sights. We enjoyed going into Split to sightsee and to explore then coming back to relax on the beaches in Podstrana. There is basically one road to Slit so traffic can be an issue going back and forth from Podstrana to Split.

Villa Miki
The villa was very lovely. We emailed the hotel and they arranged a transfer to collect us from the airport.
The hotel was spotless and the cleaners regularly made our bed and provided clean towels.
One of the days my partner and I went on an all day day boat trip, after telling the front desk they provided us with a free bag of lunch to take- including sandwiches, a drink and a snack.
The breakfast options included- two sorts of eggs, cereals, bread (including gluten free), waffles and croissants and a different type of fruit.
The room had a big tv, even though my partner and I were out all day exploring Split and the nearby town of Omis, there was an option to use Disney plus and Amazon prime if we decided to in the evening.
After going to the beach in Split, we came to the realisation that the Podstrana beach near to our villa was better. Podstrana isn’t very touristy and the beach is quiet, there are a few beach bars to choose from. I would highly recommend taking water shoes though as it’s stoney and sea urchins.
It was a lovely villa, however there was a church and bell tower directly behind the hotel. Every morning at 6am the bell tower would ring, hundreds of times at 6am. It rang every few hours. It was noisy, local Croatians are used to it, as there are many bell towers around Split.
I wouldn’t let this put you off your stay at the villa, at overall we had a lovely stay.
