The best part about this hotel is the location. The staff was very friendly and the valet was quick. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. My son chose to sleep on it as a couch instead and was still not comfortable. I loved having a kitchen, fridge, sink, dishwasher etc. I think my only "wish" was that they had better breakfast. Although I understand most of what we pay is for location, it's still an expensive hotel and I was hoping for a better breakfast. We were there for 5 days and only ate breakfast there once. Overall, I liked it and would stay there again

Beautiful property, outstanding customer service at valet, check in, luggage hold, beverage purchase at front desk, breakfast staff, and calling front desk. Everyone was happy, professional, courteous, and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. On a side note, we thought the breakfast buffet went until 10:30 so when we saw one of the employees getting ready to close the doors at 10am, he told us there was no hurry and take all the time we needed. He even brought me a tray so I could bring up food and drinks to my family who hadn’t come down yet. I can’t say enough about how wonderful he was. This was on Saturday, 08.08.26. If you could please tell him thank you for me, I would really appreciate that. :-)

Refused late checkout for a guest who checked in after midnight!

I am a Marriott Lifetime Titanium Elite member. This hotel refused a late checkout which is a guaranteed benefit for me (unless the property is a resort or convention property which this hotel is not). When I checked in very late (around 12:30 a.m. after a long day of travel), I could not believe my request for a late checkout was refused. I had to be pushy for a guaranteed benefit! The night check-in clerk would only give me one extra hour, not the four extra hours I am guaranteed! This is not how someone with many years of loyalty to Marriott expects to be treated especially when they are checking in after midnight!

I'd like to thank you so much for your continued loyalty as a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member. As guest who travels frequently with Marriott, I understand the importance of being able to utilize your benefits, that you rightfully earned, and not being able to get a late departure can be extremely frustrating. Though we are not considered a resort of convention property we are considered a high-volume hotel due to our proximity to the historic Fenway Park. Due to this venue hosting games and concerts, and the high demand of our location, we cannot always guarantee early or late departures, regardless of Bonvoy status. Early or late departures are based off availability. We do try our very best to accommodate as many requests as possible, but with a guaranteed check-out of 12:00pm and guaranteed check-in 4:00pm operationally we are unable to accommodate all requests. I know this doesn't change the experience you had with us, but I hope you understand that we do appreciate your loyalty and given the time you were staying with us and the events that were happening at Fenway Park, we were unable to accommodate your request.
I hope you can see past this isolated experience and choose to stay with us in the future.

We had a great stay!!

Would definitely return. Can’t beat the perfect walkable location close to Fenway and Landsdowne Street. Very convenient, clean, and comfortable. Pleasant check in/check out by Dylan. Anastasia was nice about immediately switching our room due to a vibrating, noisy AC unit. Spacious room, clean, quiet, nice layout, good temp control. Breakfast was as expected, good variety, clean set up. Erin and Daniel were helpful with a credit card issue after checkout.
Would have liked to see security or a bellman in the lobby, as well as the need to swipe a room key to ride the elevator. There was a card reader but it must have been shut off. Also, you do need patience when calling during their busy times. The guy kept picking up and blurting out “Frontdeskpleasehold,” but he never came back.
