DISGUSTING

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN. FILTY DIRTY, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. Flat pillows, rock hard mattress, dirty walls, no smoke alarm ( how is this legal) slimy substance on nightstand, dirty windows, AC blowing nasty smelling warm air. Room was NON SMOKING, but reared smoke to where it burnt my throat.
Desperate for a room otherwise would have demanded money back. Family member in room next to us. Add was $89/night, he paid $ 117.00 we paid $ 140.00. Asked why are we charged more he said maybe because there were 2 of us??? Are you kidding me??
No one there to check you in, called the number and they came over an hour later. Made us late for our venue. No towels, no washcloths and no toilet paper (or a place to put it) it was broke off the wall!
The stench was sickening.
NEVER, NEVER EVER AGAIN.
Should be closed down.
Who inspects this place? They should be fired and found accountable for refunding out money!

Unless you are in desperate need of room keep looking!

I noticed most of the reviews are several years old or older. Probably because very few go here? I took this room for one reasons, I couldn’t find anything else available because lots of people were in town chasing snow. This was a very strange experience, the woman that checks us in is extremely hard to understand. She checked us in over the phone while we stood in the office. She wasn’t actually present she was watching us on a camera. Since I had pre-booked, the bill was already made out, she had me reach through the hole in the plexiglass to sign the bill. Once again all of this was very difficult because she was very hard to understand. The key to the room was under the flower pot. Don’t forget the TP because there isn’t any in the room. Discovered this the next morning. Went to the office, no people and no TP. I’m going to let the picture tell the rest of this story. If I didn’t have snowmobile plans the very next morning we would have left. We slept on top of the made bed in our clothes, luckily the room was warm and thankfully the next day snowmobile trip was great.

Room in terrible condition. I don't think this room should be offered for staying.
Outside 35F and no heating in the room!!!! I can't stay second night.

Im no liked the room i run the hit water for a 30 minutes the whent start to get hot water its to cold and the heat no working

This did give me a chance to attend a film festival that was outstanding. But the hotel room had no water except for a trickle from the sink. There was no water for the shower or for the toilet. I'll let you imagine what that was like. I complained to the clerk, but nothing happened. It cost $220, which in those conditions was an insult.
